The Champion team is professional, honest, and a pleasure to work with. Roy himself came to see what was wrong with my unit. He gave me an honest appraisal, recommended changing the unit given its age, but when he listened to my specific situation and needs, he actually recommended a solution that works for me even though it means less money for him. I'm very impressed and will definitely trust them when I have bigger projects...highly recommended in a world where you don't know who to trust.

I called for central unit replacement quote. After asking all the right questions, Roy suggested a simple repair that worked great. Rates were reasonable. Honest, friendly and knowledgeable, Roy will be my first call for future AC needs.
Roy comes highly recommended! He is very honest and prompt. He knows his stuff! He comes quarterly to our home to maintain our system. He fixed the duct work in our home to ease tension off of our systems and added new vents to improve output. He is very reasonably priced and affordable! Again...highly recommended!

Roy and his team were fantastic! They were on time, did a quick replacement of my entire unit and even cleaned up after themselves. They were easy to deal with and quick to take care of my house.

Roy and his team replaced 2 HVAC units in our home a couple of weeks ago. They did a fantastic job at keeping our house clean as they worked - we couldn't even tell they had been there when they left each day! Their work is just as clean and neat on the outside! Roy was very knowledgeable and responded quickly when we called to have him come out to give us an estimate. We couldn't be more pleased and we will definitely recommend him to others!
They were fast, friendly and very clean! We had a family emergency happen during an appointment and they were able to work around our schedule and come back out quickly to get our air unit going.
Roy has done several jobs for my friends and I, and every one of them were done at, or above expectations. You'd have a hard time finding another HVAC guy who's as friendly, upfront, fair, reliable, professional and ethical as Roy Champion. He just did a complete system replacement in my home on 4/21/20 and I couldn't be more satisfied. He and his crew were right on time, fast and very professional. When they were done, they cleaned up so well that you'd have never known they were even there. Highly recommended!
Our downstairs heat went out and Roy was at our home first thing the next morning and quickly fixed the problem. Roy is very knowledgeable, polite, effective, and affordable.
