I've only lived here a little over a year, and this business came up the most about when I inquired on apps/social media sites. Called Monday morning and they were out there 3 hours later to perform my requested service. Took great care of me and taught me a few things as well. Great service, and I will definitely use them from now on. Highly recommend.

This is the second time that I've used Goggins heating and cooling. I can't stress enough how great of a company this is. My heat went out last night right before Christmas Eve and I called him first thing in the morning and he was out within a few hours to take care of me and my family.
Goggins Heating and Cooling doesn't cover the Millbrook area. I didn't use this service.
Clean out was clogged and causing water damage. The service was quick (same day). The service charge was cheaper than what another popular company was charging just to diagnose, and the team didn’t try to force other services. In and out and affordable. Will be using them again for future needs.

This is the place that installed my heat pump several years back. It's small, family owned and professional. The only issue I ever had was something with the condenser freezing up. I called, he came and he fixed it I didn't have cash so I asked him if he could take a credit card He said no don't worry about it. Remember the last time someone came to your house to do a job and telling you don't worry about it? So if I ever need to get another heating cooling system you better bet that im going to get it from here.
I can't say enough good things about this company! Very honest and knowledgeable. Cannot recommend enough!! Will be using this company in the future. Already planning for maintenance on our unit every 6 months.

My husband and I have been dealing with American Home Shield since our AC went out last night. They gave us terrible companies. We decided to take a look around locally to see who’s out there. We called Goggins on a Sunday morning during closed hours, we surprisingly received a call back shortly after! He happened to be at the office on a day off, we were very fortunate for that. He was able to come out within 20 minutes and fixed our AC unit in about 10-15 minutes! Great local, family owned company, will definitely be giving them more of our business in the future. Goggins is a veteran owned company and they offer military discounts, as well. I highly recommend them to anyone.
Absolutely wonderful experience with Mr. Goggins this past week when our AC went out in the whole house in June/July heat here in Millbrook! We called on a Saturday and even though his business hours weren't going to have him open again until Monday, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call back right away with advice to get our family through the night and a time frame for him to come by. He even offered to drop by the same day or Sunday, and I said we should be okay with our ceiling fans to make it to Monday's business hours. He came promptly Monday morning and listened to our experience having just moved into this home with a cold running AC for one 24 hour period and then nothing but muggy air. Turns out our system was from 1996 and had several cracks. I opted to replace everything, inside and out, and he scheduled us for full service just 2 days later. Talk about quality customer service and impressive attention to our needs. I was BEYOND pleased with his pricing, his promptness, his fairness in offering to patch up the old system and get it back to full working order (even though I declined and went with all new), and let me tell you, this new system is the bee's knees. We feel like we got more than we deserved with Mr. Goggins' service. He is a master at his craft and a top rate human being with a heart. LOVE that he is a veteran himself and his sense of humor had us cracking up. He and his foreman are the best in the business. They even had to yank off my door, door trim, and cut me a new floor panel for below my system (old one had some water damage) just to get my old system out and they never batted an eye. He even gave me tips for managing the new system when we plan to rent this property out in a year when we move away. I can't say enough good things about Goggins. He is the total package. Our air has been acting up right here at the start of the summer and we needed it to get fixed as soon as possible! I looked for recommendations on Prattville’s community page and Goggins was one of the most recommended so I gave them a call. The guys were over here within 10 minutes and identified the problem almost immediately. They went and got the new part and had the whole system fixed within an hour. Super sweet, local, and easy to work with! Now we have a cold house! Thanks so much!
A friend of mine in the heating and A/C business recommended Goggins to me and I couldn’t have been happier. Everybody knows that heating and A/C repair costs are pricey but they were extremely reasonable. I fully expected to pay twice what I was charged. I am a retired 20 year Marine and they gave me a military discount as well. They had the part I needed that was bad (control board) that they salvaged from another unit and gave it to me free of charge. All I paid for was labor and now my heating and A/C unit runs like new again. They’re a small family owned company and they said they prefer it that way so they don’t have to charge big company prices. I stopped by their company office to pay my bill and the owner met with me, offered me coffee, and was very personable. Great company and great experience. I fully recommend them to anybody in the Prattville area.
