I have used Haglers many times. The technicians are always friendly and professional. They take time to explain any problems and solutions and are up front about costs. The office staff are also very friendly and courteous! Had to do an after hours call yesterday, very quick service and resolved my issue with ease. Very satisfied!

Not only is their work excellent, they communicate very effectively with the customer. For example, the technician calls when on the way, and you also get a text from Hagler with the name of the technician and approximate time of arrival. I really appreciate this!!!
My husband called early this morning about our air conditioner going out and Mr.Don came out a couple hours later and had us fixed up in no time. He was kind and professional. Thanks for being so quick!

We had an issue with our AC after recent storms/power outage. We contacted Hagler and they sent someone out to check it right away. They always give great service from calling the office to service techs responding. 5 stars.

These folks here are incredible. I called at 9:20 am and had a technician at my house by 10:30. Our technician Kevin was fantastic. Very professional and got us up a running quickly! Highly recommend!
