Called for a quote on getting a unit replacement, they were able to get a tech to me the next day. The same day of that tech was suppose to show I received a call from their customer service, I was told my wife and me had to be there together for tech to show up. I found this strange because I had other companies come out the same day/previous day and for none of that mattered since I am the head of the household. I told her my wife was currently in the hospital, so I wanted my AC replaced before she was released. The tactless customer service lady asked me "I would have to reschedule when she gets back". I was like I'm done with this company not paying them thousands for a company that don't considerate on first impression. This is Skelton's Heating and Cooling company so this is very disappointing. Update: I originally gave this company a one star but since then they have sent me a bucket. A kind gesture since they don't have to do so. I can say that they will do a lot to make things right. So I'm giving them four stars.
I have come across some shady characters in this business in our home ownership. This was far and away the most prompt, precise, honest, and compassionate care we have received. Highly recommend.
I was selling my house and needed to clean and inspect my furnace. Brown quoted me a great rate, coordinated communication well, showed up on time and provided great service (with a smile!). Would definitely recommend for any heating/cooling needs.
