On a holiday weekend in scorching outside temps United’s emergency techs were able to be at our house 2 hours earlier than they anticipated. They identified the issue and had our upstairs cooling under 15 minutes. And thanks to their incredible warranties and seasonal maintenance contracts there was ZERO charge. It’s days like this that remind me why we always choose United!
Our A/C unit stopped working during the night of July 3rd. On a holiday, July 4th, my husband placed a call to United. Without hesitation the staff talked my husband through several trouble shooting solutions. After they didn’t work—a technician was on his way. Within an hour of his arrival it was fixed. We could not be more thankful for their efficiency and willingness to serve their customers. We highly recommend United Heating & Cooling!
The workmen called to let me know when they would arrive, arrived on time, did the AC maintenance, & kept me informed.

Our air conditioning system wasn't cooling. I called United Heating and Air and they sent someone out to check it the same day. The technician was kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. He found the problem right away. We needed the capacitor replaced. He replaced it quickly and checked the coolant in both units. We were very pleased....and cool!!
The technician was nice, professional and appear to have expertise in his profession. He explained in detail what he did.
The technicians always take time to talk with us when they perform service. The listen to any concerns we have and take time to explain the service and what they found. On the latest service Chris, from plumbing, took time to make sure the problem was corrected and explained what improvements we could make to make sure we don't have problems in the future.
My AC went out around 6:45 pm Sunday night, I called United and they quickly responded by 7:00 pm and said they would be there in an 1 1/2 , took him around 5 minutes to fix was the capacitor.
I called while I had guests staying & the response was great. Follow through was timely and great.

Had a technical problem that I was unable to figure out. Tired of scratching my head, I called United. They have the best technicians in Montgomery. I mean ones who read schematics. Working together we corrected the issue. Life is good again.
George did very good job on emergency call on Sunday June 19th to check our AC not work not cold air fan unit outside not work he put replaced capacitor and system is cooling.
I recently had emergency with my bathroom plumbing and they came right out and got everything back in good standing for me before my kids got home Thank you for your service !
Looked at,diagnosed,and fixed the problem (clogged drainage lines) within 15 mins of looking at the problem.

We own a Sylvan Learning Center in Prattville. It is important to have a fully functioning air conditioning system to keep our students cool and comfortable. I always use United to make sure our systems are fully functional and safe. United is The Best!!
Too expensive. 89 bucks for service call. Then, 175 bucks for labor and was at my home less than 20 minutes. Will NEVER use them again. Then—I didn’t even get a receipt.
