Sloan Plumbing & Heating has helped us a few times, once with a pipe leak in the yard and soon thereafter an a/c unit. They were excellently priced and completed the job quickly and efficiently both times. Plan to use them again in the future, no doubt.

Where to start!? We haven’t been able to use our tub since moving into a new house due to an aging water heater. Sloan Plumbing was able to get our water heater replacement done quickly and efficiently. The owner, Bud, was very involved from start to finish of the process - call me old fashioned but it adds such a personal touch to.a service to see an owner working his own jobs these days. Not only did Bud review and price the job himself, he also led his crew in completing the replacement as well as QCing the work rendered. The whole crew was courteous and professional. I was also impressed with the online billing and appointment system. My estimate link was sent via text for approval. Once my estimate was approved, my appointment was scheduled promptly. I was reminded via text ab the appointment date and time as well.. Bud was nice enough to let us know about a rebate available through the gas company and made sure we had all the information to take advantage of this program before he left. We will definitely be using Sloan Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs in the future!
Reduced from 5 to 2 stars for a variety of reasons. Craftsmanship: 5 stars, no complaints. Very fast and tankless water heater works great. Incident: Tech sped through the 3 way stop sign a few feet from our kiddos and I sent a video to the business. Sloan Response: polite and grateful at first, they said they’d address the issue. Then they got upset about my Google review about the dangerous driving and asked me to remove it, which is not professional. We all make mistakes, just admit it, learn, and move on. Then it got even a bit more unprofessional after the discussion progressed, which I won’t get into. Bottom line: my kids lives are more important than your financial bottom line. This company did a good job caring for my hot water, but a less than stellar job both driving safely and subsequently expressing remorse or concern for my children’s safety. They were more interested in arguing with me and removing my Google review than just learning and moving on. Unfortunate… It’s all good Sloan, we all make mistakes. I make several every day. Just learn and move on, don’t try to hide it and then argue about it.
Brilliant service from start to finish! Sloan was prompt, professional, reasonably priced, and our hot water heater was replaced quickly and efficiently. We've been satisfied customers for over 15 years!

Bud Sloan came out on a Saturday to unclog my kitchen and bathroom sinks. He was professional and so pleasant. Not only did he fix the clogs, he also sent out his crew on Tuesday to replace the pipes under the kitchen sink. I can't say enough about this wonderful company! 😊
