Our AC stopped working TODAY in the scorching heatwave. Never fear, as HHAC was responsive (same day) with two professional technicians, Cash and Sawyer, who found the problem and fixed it quickly. They could not have been more helpful and were very pleasant as well. Great service all!
I had Hans Heating & Air Conditioning come out for servicing out units today. I was very impressed by their professional service. They were very thorough, spent an extended amount of time inspecting everything and explained everything to me like it should be. Very satisfied by their service.

Technician came out to perform annual service on heating system. He did not identify himself. He proceeded to do something to our system without explaining to us what he was doing. He ended up telling us that he had to shut off the gas to our system, because it was not safe. He should have informed us of this before he did it. We now do not have heat in our home. Also, he did not leave a receipt or bill explaining what the problem was with our system. It seems all he wanted to do was sell us a new sysem. I consider what this technician did totally unprofessional and irresponsible. I will never use this business (Hans Heating and Air) again.

Great service. Reliable fully train technicains to perform your a/c maintainer name tunups. They are prompt, show up on time and call when they are on the way. Becky, the office manager is great.
They replaced my heating unit and coil for my AC. Did it quickly and with little interruption. They did a great job and I highly recommend them.
They came out really fast and their fee was more than reasonable. But I was told that a dirty evaporator could not be cleaned and I had to replace it for $3000.00. I called another company that cleaned the coils for $500. Maybe they meant that they don’t offer that service or wouldn’t recommend it. Not a really big deal though.

I was in a major bind and needed a system put in Immediately. Hans took care of us and gave us a great deal. The install was smooth. My family has used them for many years and we rest comfortably knowing Hans has our back.
I’m more than pleased. From phone call to request service, until the tech left was approximately 50 minutes. Amazing! Tech was knowledgeable and pleasant. I can heartily recommend them.
Tried to sale me a 5k ac unit said mine was bad. Got 2nd opinion was fixed for much less. Watch them
Good customer service
I had Hans Heating and Air provide a quote for an A/C replacement unit. They were more expensive than some other companies. However, you tend to get what you pay for, and I found them extremely helpful, efficient, and very responsive at a time when it is so difficult to get quotes for any type of service. They were well recommended by friends as well, but I ended up using another company also well regarded by a friend. Still, I wanted to applaud Hans Heating for their helpful representative and their fast response time!
They've always taken pretty good care of us.
