Brad came out to fix a leak I had in my bathroom tub, had to redo all the pipes and drain. Did a great job and the price was reasonable. They were even nice enough to wave my service fee because it took them a few days to get to me due to Fourth of July holiday backlog. Was worth the wait.

We had been told that our concerns would involve ripping out large sections of pipes which would have cost $10,000 or more. Edwards found the true cause of our problems and charged less than $500 for the repairs. Call Edwards we will be calling with future jobs when needed!

Plumber was professional and efficient
After having terrible experiences with many other plumbers in the area, we’ve found Edwards to truly be the only good plumbers in Montgomery! Exceptional service every time we’ve used them. Would recommend for any problem.
Serviceman came on time. Completed the system check quickly. He talked with us about our settings. He was very considerate.
Edwards is my go to. Always responsive, quick, professional and the team members I’ve worked with have been great! They have even loving and patient when our little dog wants to be a helper. Cannot recommend enough.

Mr Edwards was extremely rude to me over the phone when I asked what the job would entail after I received non-detailed quote.
My AC, went out call Edward they came out, the next day it was fixed the guys were nice the price was right, Thanks, I will call them again, If your AC needs replaced are repaired call Edward.
There are better options in the Montgomery area. Need to work on customer service.
They are quick to charge you $85 for an estimate, but take forever to get back to you. It’s been over a week since they’ve came to my house to see what I wanted done, but STILL haven’t followed up with an estimate. Edit: Mr. Edwards followed up with me today and told me that he will only refund me my payment for a quote ($89) if I removed this review.

Quick, efficient, did not dirty up carpet, very professional!!!
They came the day I called. They were there when they said they would be. Figured out the problem in minutes. Had the air back on in under 10 minutes. The older man who did the work was very nice. However, ever time they have come out it has been older men doing the job. When they quit who will be doing repairs?
Trying to sort out a scheduling conflict that resulted with the supervisor hanging up mid conversation. They’ve over booked themselves and offer an am or pm window which they don’t adhere to. Basically the time of the customer is not a concern.
I was very impressed with the quality if knowledge and work that was performed on my shower ! It took a wile to get parts but they kept me updated and explained the process….. Very efficient and professional !
