Best HVAC service call experience we have had. Arrived early and provided outstanding service. Our issue was not a common one and it took quite a bit of time to figure out and fix, but was resolved completely and professionally. We will continue to utilize their services and recommend to anyone in need of timely repairs or routine work.

John was my technician and he was the best A/C technician I have ever had! He diagnosed my problem and explained to me what the problems were. Then he fixed my A/C in no time! I was amazed at the professionalism and knowledge that John has! I am very pleased with this company and will be a return customer.
AC went out at night. Called ChadsACDirect the next morning. AC was working that afternoon. Found my go to business. Doug was very prompt, personable and professional and did excellent work. Would definitely recommend ChadsAC Direct!

the company had a tech out to my house within a few hours on sunday. the tech Jason was super knowledgable and got my unit back up and running. super thankful to have a cool house again.
Doug did an outstanding job. Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Saw the problem immediately and had my a/c running in just a few minutes. Our AC system stopped blowing cold air. I called Chad's AC that night and the next morning Doug came out to inspect our unit. I'm here to tell you, Doug is a hard worker and true company man. He told us what was wrong, and unfortunately had to come back to resolve the problem because he had to get the part that was needed. He returned and got our situation fixed, all with a smile on his face and having an upbeat attitude. You just don't see that anymore. We are so glad we called Chad's and very appreciative to have Doug come out to our residence. We are customers for life with Chad's and Doug!

Everyone involved in this business transaction was prompt, personable, and professional. The installer was very quick and efficient in removing the old thermostat and installing the new one. He ensured the system was working properly by taking multiple register readings throughout the house to ensure the AC was doing its job. The customer representative on the phone was able to get the technician to our home ahead of the scheduled appointment. If I need AC work done in the future, I will definitely go to CHAD's Direct AC first.
