I've done business with the company for years and highly recommend them. My air unit fan went out on the Saturday before July 4th so I called Luquire. I got a call that night. He apologized for the delay in calling me back and said he would call me the next day. He called around noon, came out and replaced the small part that was broken. No extra service charge since it was Sunday like most other companies and the cost for the part was minimal.

The service technicians are always courteous and professional. To maintain my warranty, my system is serviced twice per year and it has always been the same experience. I especially like the courtesy calls that let you know when to expect their arrival.
Nick was Informative, took his time to explain and review everything and was respectful of our home.
They responded that day, communicated the problem and estimated cost. Then came back and did the repairs. They were very respectful and polite. I will be using them again in the future.
I can’t say enough good things about the service provided by Luquire, in particular Ken and Marty, the two service techs that provided the service to my home. We had main line blockage in our plumbing, and they took the time to be sure of the problem, looked at the most cost-effective way to address and repair the problem, provided additional work on my kitchen drain and faucet while they were at my home, (avoiding another service call and it’s cost), and were very personable and made sure at the conclusion of their visit that everything was functioning properly. They provided the cost of the repair work in advance, and were very professional while working in our home and on our property. I’ll certainly be using them for any additional needs that might arise. A special thanks to Ken for his professional and friendly personality and for his explanation of what services they were providing, and for their quick response and quick repair time.

Very pleased with our experience with Luquire! They were the best value including arranging manufacturer’s financing for a new HVAC install and have done a great job maintaining the units including fast response under warranty. Technician’s have always gone above and beyond expectations.

I was unaware that Luquire also installs water heaters. The installation took a day, and Marvin and his crew were polite, on-time, and dependable. So glad I went with Luquire.
Plumbing Repair: Repaired my main water line. Ken S did a great job with this repair. He dug up sod and lots of dirt and put on plastic sheets so it wouldn’t mess up my lawn. Can barely tell “something” was done in my front yard. Ken was friendly and showed me the broken connector/pipe. Every team member I have come in contact with over many years is A+. I am so disappointed in this company. After reading the reviews I had high hopes. Unfortunately the unthinkable happened. I called on the morning of Nov18th to schedule an appointment to have someone come out to check my heat/furnace. I was told that the technician would probably arrive that afternoon, which I was fine with since I had another service call for a plumbing issue with another company. At 3:13 pm, I received a phone call from a gentleman (don’t recall his name, however the name that showed up on my phone was Tiffany Lewis) stating that he was leaving Millbrook and was in route to my home in Prattville. By that time the other service call for my plumbing issue had arrived so I lost track of time. However, I realized that it was almost 5:00 and the technician had still not arrived. So I called him (it was 4:57) and asked if he stilled planned on coming. His response to me was that he came to my home and saw another service provider at my home so he assumed that I called someone else to take care of the issue so he went to another call, but that he could come back to my home . To be honest I was appalled and couldn’t believe what he had just admitted to. I said, you’re telling me that you ASSUMED that someone else was fixing the issue so you just decided to leave without stopping to check or call!? I found his actions to be very unprofessional and unacceptable. How dare he take it upon himself to assume what’s going on in my home especially after I had spoken with him earlier telling him that I would see him soon. And to top it off he didn’t even apologize, until I told him he needed to. Disappointed is understatement!
Our furnace stopped working on the coldest night of the year so far. The system board was bad; none were available in the parts system until a week from now, with multiple sub-30 degree nights in the forcast. Tim Smith worked tirelessly to get it working. Tim went above and beyond to locate, install and program a system board so we now have heat. Thank you, Tim.
The service efficiency, quality and customer service was Outstanding. The Technician Jay was just outstanding, very knowledgeable and has a genuine personality. He was very honest, trustworthy and explained everything on my level. He was patient and took time to hear and answer all my concerns. I am so pleased and highly recommend Luquire to anyone. Luquire not only serviced my heating and AC unit, but also my youngest son's home as well. They go above the call of duty to ensure customer satisfaction. Even the staff answering my call and follow-up reminder calls are pleasant and very customer service focus. A Great Company, Great Staff and all around Great Service!!!!!
