Had my heater go out in the morning, and they were able to diagnose the problem a little later that day. Steve, my tech, was upfront and honest on the defect and also a separate problem that he'd have to look into a little further. Called with an answer to my secondary concern and came out and got my heater working at an affordable price. Already saved this business for any future problems I come across.

The tech arrived ahead of schedule. He had a good attitude. The reason for my call was taken care of and when he left the AC was back on.
