After some initial miscommunication (which I admit I was upset about) Hembree made good on repairs of my AC. They are the best in Mobile. June in Mobile is miserable without a working AC. I'm glad mine is up and running again. UPDATED NOTE: : Misdiagnosed apparently as I'm facing the exact same problem on July 4th weekend. I'm on "Emergency wait list" for 2 straight days and no one has informed me when or if they will get to me. This AC unit is less than 2 years old. I bought it from Hembrees. No excuse for this mistreatment of a loyal customer. Ridiculous.
Daryl was the tech that serviced my air conditioner and was very professional and knowledgeable.

Just so easy to work with and JAY did a great job communicating to me what needed to be done and explained exactly what was needed. Oh and he had the part in his truck… Whoo hoo ! Highly recommend When I called the owner answered the phone and was so kind! Love local & love family owned !! You will be glad you called them.
Darryl was amazing. He was prompt and professional. He was very knowledgeable and was kind enough to give me tips on maintaining my system between services. I am pleased with the service and happy I chose to do business with Hembree.

Joe Hembree was wonderful with getting me set up with a technician in a timely manner. My ac quit working around noon on 6/13 and Jordan came around noon on 6/14. It took him about 30 minutes to get me all fixed up wand my house started cooling down! Thanks again Hembree Heating and Air! You have my business from now on!
I had the privilege of Jay servicing our home HAVAC system - he was amazing! Not only was he efficient, but he was happy to educate me so I can know more about my own system. It’s nice to work with people who are so passionate about their craft. I now have a better-working HVAC, and an improved understanding of it. Deanne over the phone was also very helpful - she coordinated our service visit and was proactive in keeping me updated. This company seems extremely customer-oriented, and my experience has been that they treat their customers like family. Hopefully, I won’t need their services anytime too soon, but if I do, I won’t hesitate to call.
Although I didn't need them to come out they called me right back and were very friendly and helpful

Quoted 3400 dollars to fix unit got 2nd opinion and had unit fixed for 319 dollars. Crooks would not recommended to my worst enemy.

The techs are always friendly and take care of any questions we might have. They are on time and do a wonderful job with maintenance for our system. We haven't had any issues.
Great job all around. Don was very professional as he went over the options for the new a/c and furnace. Calvin and the install crew knew their stuff and got the job done in less time than I thought it would take. Very happy being cool!

Just had a alarm system put in and then my air condition quit working. The alarm people came back out said it wasn’t them. AC people found they stapled a wire in the AC wire, caused it not to come in.
