Our technician, Aaron, did an excellent job of fixing the downstairs air conditioner. He came after hours to diagnose the problem and returned early the next day with the needed part repair the unit and cool my house!!
Great job and courteous. Aaron Lee was great to work with and very responsive. I couldn't ask for better!
I am a long time customer and have been intrigued by the way the company treats its employees. That trickles down to those you serve. It is obvious the staff deeply identifies with Grayson.
I was out of town on a work trip when my wife called complaining that our A/C was struggling to keep up with the summer heat. I put in a request online for Grayson to come out and assess my system since I wasn’t happy with work performed by previous companies. They called the morning of the next business day and had a tech out that afternoon. Allen C. showed up and did a tremendous job! We were worried we might need extensive work, but Allen was able to take care of us in one service call. He was very knowledgeable, personable, and straightforward. I won’t hesitate to call Grayson for any future issues.
We call them for our heat pump and generator needs. Always very courteous and professional. Today the technician was Allen Cowart. As usual service was great!
Allen Cowart did our semi annual AC Maintenance this time. He was people & dog friendly. Took time to explain what he was doing to my unit & listened to my concerns. I'll be requesting him for services in the future. It's really nice to have someone with a sense of Southern hospitality service your home.
Although we were in the hottest weather we have had this year when I contacted Grayson Air & Heating regarding our air conditioning they went out of their way to get our problems solved for our situation. They were on time Graysons staff were so very professional and resolved our problems

Allen Cowart conducted a maintenance visit. He was courteous and professional. I especially liked his customer service approach. Update: 27 June 2023, Allen performed a maintenance visit and was very friendly, professional and customer oriented. Easy to talk to, efficient during his checks of our attic unit and our outside unit, he even took care of a wasp nest near the outside A/C unit. He represents Grayson Air Conditioning in a very responsible, businesslike manner.
Chris, Terry and Collin did a great job on our repair, they are very nice gentlemen.
Grayson is very good about sending professionals that know what they are doing and do it well. Today, your service technician, Allen Cowart did a wonderful job in explaining what the problem was that we were experiencing. The extra time that he took to explain the problem was very much appreciated.
So, Greyson has been servicing my old system for two years. Excellent work keeping it going. They told me it was on its last leg and was time bomb. So, instead, I'm waiting for it to blow up. I went ahead and got the 26 seer carrier system with one night of it operating. It shows a big difference. Keeping up with the heat, humidity, and demand. We like it cold cranked it down to 64F and took the house 84F at 6pm to 64F by 10pm that night. I could easily go with someone else and get the cheapest unit. But I'm super glad I did not. Greyson may seem pricey. But, the quality of the system and work is well worth it. The workers are super friendly and knowledgeable. I do construction but I don't know anything about HVAC systems. Super super pleased and I highly recommend upgrading don't wait for it to blow up. Especially in this heat. Techs, Arron L, Collin G, Chris P, Terry C, Brandt G, and Dustin P. Allen Cowart was my service tech today for my semi annual service. Allen is a keeper for Grayson, he has serviced our unit before and is always efficient, knowledgeable an just an overall good guy. Allen gave me some pointers on our unit as well as advice on an electrical line affecting our unit. Very happy!

The communication & promptness, truly, was a 10/10 from both Morgan & Tyler! Morgan was so helpful with the information on prices and how a service warranty would benefit us in the future. Theres no doubt we called the best HVAC company around! You can tell they take pride in what they do & they do it well!! Tyler was super knowledgeable & took his time explaining what was going on when our AC froze up & how we could avoid problems in the future, which was very beneficial with us recently purchasing the home they serviced. Tyler mentioned he was thinking how to get our problem solved the previous night. It’s just the simple fact that he had us on his mind while not being on the clock that showed his true character & made us life long Grayson customers! They surpassed our expectations in every department to say the least!
I have used Graysons for 14 years not only for one house but as a rental property up keep as well there the best for all your ac and heating concerns I want to her a huge shout out to Joey Chris Justin Colton very courteous friendly hard working I greatly appreciate everything everyone did with my new system install also want to say thanks to Tracey and Doug for making my application process simple and easy I’ll will continue to use Graysons for all my service needs keep up the good work
From the moment we contacted Graysons, Morgan was more than willing to get someone out here immediately, after hours on a Sunday afternoon. Tyler was quick to call & let us know he was on his way over. There’s nothing that will humble you more than your AC freezing up in the midst of this Alabama summer heat. Both Morgan & Tyler went over & beyond explaining the expenses, what our best options would be & how to prevent it happening in the future. You have to give props to ANYONE, not only willing to climb into an attic in a 2 story house that’s touching 88 degrees, but to work in it as well, getting the problem solved, no matter what it took! We have 2 big dogs & 4 cats that were just absolutely miserable but the compassion that Morgan & Tyler had for every single one of us meant more than they know! Recommend 10/10!!!!

Tyler Hensarling came to out our home today and fixed out ac troubles. He was very professional, respectful, and helpful. Did an amazing job and fixed our problem in a very timely manner. Would 100% recommend his service and company to anyone who is in need of ac repair.
