Climatemp sold and installed two new Carrier Infinity series, 18 seer units in 2019. These came with a 10 year parts/labor warranty. In 13 months, Unit A stopped cooling 3 times over several months and Climatemp was unable to effect permanent repairs. The last time Climatemp repaired unit A, it stopped working within 18 hours. This was after several days of disruption, no AC, and probably 10 hours of attempts to fix it. Unit B stopped cooling at the 7-month mark and the air handler had to be replaced. They broke the condensate pump which leaked water everywhere and didn't seal the discharge side into the main duct during the install. In addition, I have seen several misdiagnosed issues, unterminated wires, holes in return box, and uninsulated freon lines to name just a few issues. My favorite was the condensate pump installed so that it blocked the door from closing to the air handler room. The customer service is awful. Nobody will call you back. You have to follow up on everything yourself. I had a no show on more than one occasion and when I called to ask where the tech was, “oh he’s not going to be able to make it.” After unit A stopped cooling, yet again, and nearly immediately after the last attempt to fix it, I attempted to reach a final resolution with the GM David, but he never called me back. He told me he would speak to the owner and let me know what they decided, but no call. It would be laughable if I hadn’t spent 14k on two units and was one year into a 10 year parts/labor warranty. In the end, I never heard from him again, all while unit A was not cooling. Ultimately, I had to get Carrier involved who thankfully switched my parts and labor warranty to another local factory authorized dealer, who has been amazing. The new dealer fixed unit A on the first attempt, in about two hours, which was over pressurized with freon, and had been incorrectly diagnosed by Climatemp. Called on a Friday at 8am and was told that I was on the list for service and called 3 more times with the last call at 6:30pm. They never showed up. I called on Monday at 8am and was told they would be here this morning. They did not show up. The only reason I have been using them is because they installed my new unit in 2017. I have had them here since the installation and all I got was sub par quality of work. I will never use them again and I would never recommend them. I have a repair contract for them to come out 3 times per year and the came out twice and would not refund my money for the other.

Climatemp cooling and heating is the best company. There employees do an excellent job. Ricky serviced my system today and did a fabulous job. Can not ask for better employees or company.
Been a Customer for many years, but service over the last few months has really gone downhill. They recently replaced a package heat pump, should have been an easy change out, the job was anything but. Took much time, trips, rework (and expense for Climatemp) to get a job completed. I also have annual maintenance agreements for two residences (been in effect many years also), the latest visit was scheduled between 1 and 3 yesterday, they never showed or called, I got a call this morning telling me it was scheduled for 8-10 this morning, this was the final straw, I told them to cancel the maintenance contract for both residences and refund the remainder. Evidently the contract is non-refundable. I have been a Customer for almost 10-years, but these latest experiences will have me looking elsewhere for my HVAC business.

Chris did such a great job servicing our Trane unit and taught us how to program the temperature day and night. I was impressed with his ability to listen to our questions and concerns and willingness to respond so we could understand. He took time to be sure we understood and could work with the thermostat. He really is a great rep for Climatemp and we would like Chris to be our service person
Chris wa great . Education was the best part. I feel much better about what I know about the unit programming and maintenance. I welcome him back and will recommend him to friends.

This is a scam business, taking advatage of unknowing hot and uncomfortable homeowners. Charging labor when no labor was even attempted, and telling homeowners they need a new unit when it is not the caseif you are looking for a reputable business this is not the one, they are a p.o.s.
Jessie did an outstanding job on our service. He was prompt, courteous and cleaned unit for improved performance.
Be aware of this company. I called them to fix a clogged drainage and they charged me $249 on a credit card on file without my approval. I had this problem before and not one charged me this amount for fixing a clogged drainage. High robbery!!! don't give them your credit card until you agreed with the charge.
Robbie Harrison came to my home and was very professional and explained all my ac problems and solutions. He notified his office and proposed an offer that was very affordable and offered many incentives that sweetened the offer. I was completely satisfied with his ability to provide service as promised by Climatemp to their customers. I would recommend this company to my friends. I also spoke with his office secretary who was so very nice and completely directed my needs toward a good resolution! THANKS TABBY AND ROBBIE YALL ROCK !!
