He was very friendly, I had grand children over for the night even though it was 86 in the home.Fixed the problem quickly and we were back to Nana night in no time.
Considering the current heat wave, we were pleasantly surprised at the quick service. Technician was great, promptly found our problem and got the a/c going again.

Ty the service person who came out was very nice and explained things to my mom who is in her 70"s. That helped her feel more at ease. He did a tune up on our system and made suggestions for maintenance that would help the life of the system. He then called me and relayed everything to me. I have nothing but good things to say about Batchelor and this is the second time that I have used their service.
April did a great job. Serviced the unit inside and out. Was professional, courteous and did what she needed to do. I've been using Batchelor for the last 2 - 3 years and their service is outstanding along with the service department personnel and support staff.
Absolutely worst customer service possible. They sale you maintenance contracts and do not follow through with the actual maintenance. They supposedly come to your home but you don’t even know it to do work that is obvious it doesn’t get done.
April, the technician came to our house to complete servicing our AC unit from February, when Baylen serviced the inside, but he couldn't service the outside due to rain. April was very courteous and professional as she finished service on the outside unit. Thank you, Al-Clyde and Janier Sauls.
