It started great but didn’t end well
Used Mr Greenlee for a dryer repair. Overall, a very friendly man. However. Contacted for dryer repair on a Friday. Said he was coming between 12-4. He did not. Contacted again on Saturday morning (as there was no one else opened and I desperately needed to do clothes). Said something had came up the day before and he would come between 12-4. Called me at 420 and said he was on the way. Didn’t hear from him until 930 pm. Something else came up. First asked to come the next day but then asked if it was too late to come. Overall, yes it was but I had already been stuck at home for two days waiting on a dryer repair and didn’t want it to take up all day Sunday too (and still possibly not end up done). It was almost 1030p when he got to my house and didn’t leave until 2am. Dryer was working. He also fixed my ice maker and didn’t charge me for it. And I sincerely appreciate him coming and working that late-BUT it was a little unreliable in actually getting him there. he was indeed a nice guy. I wasn’t going to even leave a review but now, three weeks later, the dryer no longer works. Contact him by phone and left messages—no response. Completely ghosted me. Had to have another repair man come out and he stated that while it seemed that was the bad heating element Mr greenlee replaced, he did not replace the thermostat sensors and because those were bad it ruined another heating element. I would give zero starts if I could!!!! Ronnie is the most unprofessional person I've ever met!!!!! He was high when he finally showed up, after saying he was on the way for hours. Then he delivered me a BROKE washer machine!!! Now I'm having to fight to get my money back!!!!
Ronnie the owner promised to make repairs to a gas furnace in one of my rentals. He even called my tenant and said he was on the way. He never showed up so she spent a cold night with no heat. He doesn't respond to texts or messages left. If it's important to you to have a repair made, don't call Advance Appliance.
It's Christmas eve and our fridge stopped cooling. He sounds great on the phone so we asked him to come and fix it. Called at 1:30 he said he'd be here in an hour. He lied to me 3 times about when he was going to show up. It's now 7:45 pm. My stuff in the freezer is thawed out. My Christmas dinner is in the garbage.
Bought a washing machine from Ronnie and he was super late for the installation appointment. He didn’t install it properly and it wasn’t level. He promised to return to fix it and then never would answer. The machine was warrantied and immediately started flooding my laundry room. Took him over a week to show up. He couldn’t fix it and said he would bring me a new one the next day. That was 2 weeks ago and he is not answering my calls or responding to my messages. He is very UNRELIABLE. and now I am out of money and still no washer. DO NOT RECOMMEND. He is a crook who does not live up to his warranty.
Absolutely DO NOT hire this man. We hired him to repair our refrigerator. He came out and worked on it, charged us $300 and told us that we need to give it 24hrs to cool and to call him if it was not fixed. Sure enough 24hrs later it was in the exact same condition so I called and after about 10 times of him telling me he would show up day after day and never showing, he just stopped replying. He has scammed my family out of $300. So now we don’t even have the extra money to hire someone else to come fix it. What a terrible person. He is a scam.
Ronnie had me fixed up quick and for a great price! Professional and his knowledge really shows. Going to use him for all my appliance needs.
He lied about what time he was coming Very unprofessional He told me he would be here between 7 and 9A.m.Didn't show to 6 p.m.then told me he'll be back The next day never picked up the phone or showed up
Called 2 days in a row last week and have yet to get a return call.
I called Ronnie to fix my dishwasher. He made an appointment, then stood me up. Made another appointment, came out and worked on my dishwasher. He said it was fixed, took my money & said he warranted his work for 90 days. I notified him within a week that it still wasn't working. After over 2 months of him playing "call me back tomorrow to see what my schedule looks like" I finally got him to commit to be at my house between noon and 3:00p. He stood me up AGAIN. His excuse? He was out all night & hadn't even "checked his books" today. I honestly think he's on drugs.
I love this business! He's always been fast and reliable. Answers my call no matter what time of the day! Highly recommend!
Mr. Ronnie is a great, amazing, and perfect Master Technician. He will definitely take care of you better than expected! He was $500 cheaper than anyone else in the business, and that was on Just the last job he did for me. He’s doing all my future work. I will never even call and ask anyone else for price’s! He’s a honest man and the best in the business. He is amazing at AC WORK and APPLIANCE WORK AND REPAIR!!! I 100% highly recommend this business!! I promise you, there will be no regrets!
This company sent a man out and charged me $230.00 and the next day he was supposed to come back and clean the outside unit and he never showed up. He basically took my money and ran. I don't recommend this company to anyone. He put freon in a air condition unit when it had a leak.

Best experience I have ever had with appliance repair. We were having problems with our refrigerator not cooling, called Mr. Greenlee and he came out the next day and fixed it. He even offered to come late at night for no extra charge. When he arrived, he was very professional and speedy. He diagnosed, fixed the problem and cleaned up in less than an hour. Will definitely recommend and use again.
He was very professional and respectful well spoken he serviced our ice maker also found other problems that another company had left behind and fixed that problem as well thank you Ronnie for your professional work. Definetly will continue to use him. Jo Ann Burke
