TLC has become my go to for any AC or heating services. They certainly provide TLC with their excellent customer support and pricing. Had issues with my AC caused by faulty work from a competitor, but they were out same day that I called to give me a quote, and got it fixed up even faster than expected. And that was certainly appreciated, because it is getting HOT! I HIGHLY recommend Total Living Comfort for any AC or heating related needs.

My A/C wasn’t working properly for a week. I was burning up and couldn’t handle the heat any longer. Thankfully I called Total Living Comfort because they came in and solved the problem right away. Turns out I had to replace my filter.

TLC is by far the best air conditioning company in Alabama and even the gulf coast! They are professional, punctual, and fairly priced. I am very appreciative of this company, especially during these hot summers. It doesn’t take long for them to help when I have air/heat emergencies. They make sure to respond promptly, even if I don’t have an appointment. They are very COOL!

Brent came out to fix the ac at our house that we had constantly had troubles with in the past. We haven't had any more problems since he serviced it. Since then we have used his services for both of our family businesses and hope to continue doing business with him. Always affordable and always quality work. Highly recommend.

Mr. Ladnier showed up within an hour of me calling. After having two other companies failing to fix my issues with my air conditioner, he had 2 different central units up and running for a good price. He also educated us on a few things to look out for in the future. Highly recommended, we will not use anyone else from now on.
Brent gave an accurate estimate, came on the day we scheduled, and did a quick and efficient job of getting my ductwork moved, installing a new inside and outside unit, and thermostat in my home. I'm very happy with Total Living Comfort and will use them from now on.
TLC was SUPER helpful!!!! I don't know the first thing about A/C systems or HVAC or whatever and Brent was kind enough to explain to me exactly what was going on. The job was done quickly, inexpensively, and without any delays. I will never stop recommending this company! Awesome!!!

Brent from Total Living Comfort did an exceptional job of quickly diagnosing and repairing my broken down A/C unit. Friendly service and advice about products that would benefit the air quality and comfort within the home. He also helped me better understand how my system actually works and what improvements could be made to make it more cost efficient. 10/10 would recommend. Roll Tide!

We had some issues with a broken thermostat at my mother’s home. I called Total Living Comfort, and the owner responded immediately ON THE WEEKEND!!! He personally came out quickly, repaired the thermostat, performed some A/C maintenance and everything worked perfectly! He also offered some advice as to how we could improve the efficiency of our unit year round. For a little TLC (tender loving care), call Total Living Comfort!
If you are looking for a professional who knows how to get your A.C. running again, look no further than Total Living Comfort. I came home to a floor covered in water and my house unbearably hot. One call to these guys and before I knew it, I was shaking the technician's hand and thanking him for his work in my now cooling house. The guy was the sort of person you can trust to help your family. I know I'm going to recommend him to all of mine if they have any issues in the future!
