The most reliable company I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with! *update* Chris came out to on Memorial Day morning to offer much-needed salvation when they were closed for the holiday! I cannot adequately convey my appreciation for their commitment to their customers!!!! *update 12/2022* Heating maintenance check was successful; was treated like family! Not enough stars are available to rate!!
At approximately 9:45pm on a Thursday evening I heard a loud noise outside my house and the power blinked a couple of times. After checking outside I went throught the house checking appliances making sure everything was working. The upstairs AC had stopped cooling and would not come on. I called JC's Heating and Cooling and left a message for a service call. They called me back the first thing Friday said they would be here before noon. Upon arrival their technician checked all of the equipment both inside and out. Within 20 minutes the diagnosis was made that a power surge had knocked out the main motor in the air handling system. On Monday they were back with a new motor and the system was back cooling the house. A welcome relief since the heat outside is in the 90s and the humidity is almost 60%. Thanks JC's!

These guys are professional, honest, and knowledgeable. Just know that you should email them to get the most timely response. It was as good experience as one could have if your system is in need of repair.

We could not be more pleased with Chad and JC's Heating and Cooling. We received a quote from a competitor for a furnace and later got a quote from Chad at JC's. They were over one thousand dollars cheaper and offered a better system. We have also used them for service. They are completely trustworthy and professional. Highly recommend!
