All I needed was a 90° piece of ductwork to replace a piece on my house. They refuse to sell to anyone without a Contractor License. Even a piece of metal duct. You basically have yo be part of the 'club'. Good riddance to places like this.
Super nice staff and overstocked with all your HVAC needs and all the specific tools to get the job done. Stop in when you're doing a job in Alabama and they'll take care of you.

This company will not sell parts to home owners. I needed a capacitor for my fan motor that went out. They sell capacitors on Amazon and other websites but I needed it quick and local. Wasted my time going here.

This company only sells to contractors and refuses to sell parts to homeowners. In the past, I used to buy A/C parts from them but not anymore. If you are homeowner and need A/C parts call A-1 Appliances. They do not discriminate against homeowners. If you are looking for A/C electrical components most of the electrical distributors in the area can help.
Quick unload and friendly people. You can't turn around up at the next street so you don't have to blindside off the road.
