Thomas was amazing to work with. Very knowledgeable and professional! Our builder did a terrible job with installing our HVAC 17 months later it shutdown. 3 days no AC I called 3 companies on Sunday and a few tuesday. They either didn't answer or gave me the run around. Thomas came same day took his time and fixed the issue. If you want great service call him. The best of the best!
Mr. Lawless and his entire team were on time, professional and thorough. When they were finished, they even vacuumed the house in the areas they had worked. I highly recommend this company.
From the time i called them to the time i had cool air was 3hrs. They were the most communicative (without being annoying) company. I knew when they expected to arrive and it was accurate. The tech kept me in the loop every step of the way, calm, well educated and shared their knowledge with me so I knew I wasn’t getting a novice. Thomas is what every tech should aspire to, he is a humble, kind, intelligent person who puts customer experience first. I will not use anyone else going forward.
They are absolutely amazing!!! Very prompt, kind, and quick! My AC unit is really old and it cools my house like new again!!! I tell everyone I know about them, he is amazing and knows what he is doing.
A/C kicked circuit breaker and quit. Called TL about 3pm and by 5pm the service tech was at my house. He promptly diagnosed the problem, eliminated it, and restored service. This minor problem could have been oversold as major and requiring an entire new unit, but not the case with TL Services. They proved themselves to be worthy of trust.
TL Services was quick to resond to our HVAC issue and had it solved within a reasonable amount of time. Very fair pricing and a pleasure to deal with. Listened to my concern on two different issues and all is good now!
TL Services is fast, friendly, and fantastic. They installed a new air vent in my bedroom and enlarged the old one. I noticed the temperature difference immediately upon walking in the room. From sauna to igloo in just a couple hours. Highly recommend and will definitely use them again.
I have had TL Services come out twice once for air conditioning when the capacitor went out and another time for an electrical issue. They were prompt, professional and reliable. I recommend them to everyone I know!
Highly recommend Thomas Lawles' HVAC company TL Service for all your heating and cooling needs. He is an honest, Christian man, who offers after hours and emergency services with NO extra charge. Last summer, his company came out and fixed some damage from a skunk, solved air leaks, and found some "hard to find" problems that would've come up later. This winter, we've enjoyed a SUBSTANTIALLY lower electric bill. Could not recommend this man and his workers more. *Oh, and did we mention, Very good pricing, too!!

We heard a dripping sound and thought we had pipes leaking. We finally realized it was part of our HVAC return (I think????) that was leaking so we called TL Services. Thomas came over, diagnosed the problem and fixed it! He was super quick and it is no longer dripping! 🙌🏼
We have been very impressed with TL Services. They handle our semi-annual HVAC maintenance. The on-site team is incredibly professional, super knowledgable, and does a great job of communicating. They identified and replaced a failing capacitor (for just $10!) that could have caused our system to fail unexpectedly. The customer service from the office is awesome as well. TL always calls to remind us of our appointment and provides updates for the on-site team (on their way, etc...). They also have a great online portal that makes scheduling and bill paying easy and convenient. Highly recommend TL!
Our inside blower module went out on a Sunday. After losing my mind for a few moments my wife said call TLS. Thomas came out on a Sunday at 7:30pm diagnosed the issue, informed me of the what could be done and an average price. Now unfortunately due to the time and day, we did have to wait for the fix. But in less than 24 hrs TLS called and confirmed that they had the part and had our AC back up and running like brand new. I was blown away by their professionalism, timeliness, and willingness to go above and beyond for a customer in need.

They discovered issues along the way and reported to us so we could decide whether or not to address them. They are very thorough and honest, reliable and prompt. Tommy is a top notch professional always on time very courteous and extraordinarily meticulous. He will take his shoes before he enters the house. Will explain the issues and offer solutions that are cost effective. We have been with Tommy for ever since he was a kid learning the job from his Dad who taught him the excellent skills. Tommy does not put the radio on does not smoke and will follow up when needed and do a after repair status check. You can trust him. He is a family man totally dedicated to his spouse and kids. Thomas is a man of his word, honest, and trustworthy. We had him replace our old hvac with a new American Standard system. Thomas provided exactly what was needed, he was on time and completed the installation in a very professional manner. His recommendation of which system was needed was SPOT on. After checking our utility records we are happy to report a 15 to 20 percent savings in operating cost per month. We recommend Tl Services to anyone needing HVAC service , repair, or replacement.
