Ross has gone above & beyond for me! I have even tried to offer Ross a tip & he won't accept it.. better customer svc than Chik-Fil-A!!! Everyone else has done a great job as well. I never feel rushed, I can find pretty much anything I need related to refrigeration and more! The store is always clean and I'm offered a free drink and place to relax whenever I stop in.
Ross took my order by phone. He knew exactly what I wanted and had it ready for me to pick up in minutes.
Great supply house , always friendly and will work hard to get you the parts you are looking for.
Best group of people EVER in a supply house. My wait time is NEVER over 1 min unless they're helping someone else. Always quick to get parts & help you with whatever they can. They know their customers & will already have your supplies waiting for you when you get there. Hands down the best team of staff you could ask for.
They are one of our favorite supply houses! Always super friendly and helpful on the phone. We have really enjoyed working with them!
Thanks for the great service . I appreciate the counter work from all the staff. Also I want to address Mr Coles review, by law this company and any other heating and air suppliers can NOT sale to anyone but Licensed HVAC Contractors . By owning a HVAC business myself it's nice to see that they are following the law and not selling to the general public.
Great customer service and support for a wholesale supply house.
They said I have to have a contractor's license to sell it to me. So I went down the street and bought it. Since idiots run the place, I need to deal the companies who hire people with intelligence. 😀😀😀😀
