We were very pleased at how polite and efficient the serviceman was. We have used this company at three different houses in the 40 years we have lived in Huntsville and have always been very pleased with their service. I would recommend them. They have always given us excellent service.
My view of the company depends on who I deal with. Most service technicians have been very helpful, but there are exceptions
Service specialist came out to fix my AC and did an amazing job. He identified the issue and quickly got my system up and running.
The Technician explained what units he was going to check. After a quick inspection of the units, he had a few questions if we had any problems he needed to know about. The young man knew what he needed do from that point on. He discovered a minor problem, made the repair. Excellent job done in a timely manner.
Joe East customer for years. Also, a member of their routine maintenance plan and happy with the preventive service checks twice per year. Recently had Randy S. come out and he did a great job and took the time to answer any questions. Keep up the good work.
I have used Joe East 2 times in 2 years to replace AC units. My home has 2 units that were quiet old. They changed one out and the following year they changed the other one out. I'm very pleased with the work they did. They are very knoledgebale and very helpful. Their technician's are outstanding also. I definitely recommend them. And if I need something in the future, that's who I will use for sure.
Excellent service from Mr. Guy! Had our A/C fixed in less than an hour after calling. Called them at 7:15pm and Guy was finished at 8:15pm. Joe, give this man a raise!!!

Very professional company, I was really pleased with the technicians and the customer service; all around kind and puts customers needs above their own in my opinion. Joe East is a company in my opinion that sets the example for other like companies to emulate.
A few days earlier technician determined there was a refrigerant leak and due to age of system recommended partial replacement. The installation crew showed up on schedule and got to work quickly replacing air handler. They cleaned up any mess and made sure all was working correctly before leaving. Completely satisfied with service.
Came out quickly, troubleshot, fixed within one hour.

Joe East installed both of my current HVAC systems about 15+ years ago. I have always had prompt service anytime I have had to call. There prices are reasonable and I don't think they have ever tried to take advantage of me or try and sell me anything that I did not need.
Joe East is awesome! Just got a new unit installed and the professionalism, expertise, and hard work was second to none. This company really takes care of their customers. Many thanks for the technicians in the field working during severe weather.
