As a property maintenance manager, I deal with HVAC vendors all over the country...Huntsville Heating & Cooling., Inc is my go to in the area. Quick, knowledgeable and priced right! I wish I had them is all my markets!
The technician, Chris is very rude. I told him politely how things are gonna go regarding an NTE amount that I have in hand, he asked to double the amount otherwise he is not going to waste his time. So this guys call doing their job is a waste of time. I wasted my actual working time in these guys. Good luck hiring them. Hope who hires them has a lot of money, otherwise they will not waste their time.
Came out on short notice call. Turned out our contact was worn down. Chris came out and got to work immediately. Was very personable and we had a great conversation while he was working. He was done in less than 30 minutes. We joked that writing the invoice took longer than the service! Definitely recommend to anyone for HVAC work. :-D

Called in and within a minute or so of hanging up, had a return call from Chris, and within 12 minutes of calling, he was on his way. Great service, especially for a weekend call! Will definitely use again.
Huntsville Heating & Cooling are a fantastic company! Our AC went out on a Friday night in the heat of the summer, and they responded super quickly, fixed the problem in no time, and were super professional and kind. I highly recommend them!
Taylor and Chris came out and quickly diagnosed my issues, they were both great at figuring out what was going on, and they were both very professional. I appreciated their advice on how to deal with my HVAC situation. Really appreciate it, will do business with them again in the future! Thank you guys!
I am extremely pleased that we hired Chris at HHC. He discovered we lost all of our AC coolant. After some testing he found a leak in the coil. Instead of trying to sell me a new unit, he made a phone call to the manufacturer and discovered my system was still under warranty! I was given daily status while parts were being shipped, and Chris and his assistant Taylor had me up and running as soon as the new coil arrived. I would recommend HHC to anyone who wants quality, enthusiastic service at a reasonable price. Chris, you are the man!

Responded to my call immediately and set up an appointment time. Called when they were on their way and were very professional and friendly. Explained to me everything they were looking at and doing the whole time. System has been working like a charm since then and I felt they cared for my family like their own not just like a job. Will recommend to anyone looking for a company they can trust!!
There are HVAC companies that will send a salesman out dressed up like a tech. Then there is Chris from Huntsville Heating and Cooling. Chris came out on Labor Day. I called and spoke with an answering service, Chris called me within a few minutes. Minutes later he was here. He fixed the problem. The last HVAC person that came out was reluctant to work on it since it was so old. He piddles around a few minutes, then was insistent on replacing the entire system. Also recommended a bi-annual service contract. BTW, he didn’t fix the problem. 3 - takeaways from this ordeal. 1 - HVAC is not DIY, hire a professional. 2 - Chris with Huntsville Heating and Cooling is a professional, my issues were fixed, timely and at a reasonable rate. He never asked me for a service contract, never mentioned replacing the system. Honest man. 3 - Call him first.
Called when air conditioning failed this morning and Chris advised me that I had 2 calls in front of me and then he would be out. By early afternoon, he was there and repaired the unit. Set the expectation and was true to his word. Very satisfied. Will use again!
I was extremely impressed by the work of Chris Hayden. I called at 8:00 pm after not having working air conditioner all day and an hour later he was here fixing the unit. By 10 o’clock my central unit was working as good as new! Very fair prices and great service. I will be using this company for my future heating & cooling service needs and would recommend to everyone I know.
Always professional and honest. Easy to communicate with. Gives you a clear idea of what the problems are and what it will cost to fix. We have used him for years! Highly recommend
Chris has always been a great person to deal with. I recently had a problem with my heat pump, he met me after work on Friday afternoon and fixed the problem. Afterwards he followed up with me to make sure the system was working as it should. I don't know many businesses that work late on a Friday or actually follow up with the customer.
