I'm working on a rig I need belts for. No part number or model or brand. I was so confused where to buy the right width rib diameter belt. Found Grainger. Grainger is the place to go for common and uncommon industrial parts. Desmond was super helpful. I had a bunch of detailed questions. He stayed late to answer them and I got the company vehicle back in service the next morning.
Jasmine was a great help! She looked professional and she had an inviting smile. She also greeted me with enthusiasm. I'm excited to do more business with Grainger.
