Every time Mr Shawn found something of Interest, he brought it to my attention. First of all he was definitely on time. Every adjustment that need to be made he made it and he did it all in a reasonable time.

(A.) First of all, this. Craig Comfort has probably forgotten more about quality HVAC service & installation than most companies will ever aspire to know! (B.) Now the service - second to none! They bow to no one where service, knowledge and expertise are concerned. 1. Craig Comfort notifies you when they'll arrive. 2. Then they arrive....at or before that time even. 3. They work and NEVER stop (so stay outta the way)! 4. Then the service or installation (both in my case) is complete, they clean up everywhere and they're gone, never to address this issue ever again, because it was don professionally and right the 1st time. 5. And now, your problem(s) or issue is resolved and it's back to being comfortable again. Hence their name Craig "Comfort". (C.) CUSTOMER CONCLUSION: Craig Comfort is the real deal! No fakes - nothing "sub-standard", and no cut corners or short cuts. They're here today. They'll be here tomorrow. And they're here to stay. "You get what you pay for!!" My air quit working and I called Craig Comfort. They had someone come the same day and had it repaired!
The heater went out on the coldest day of the year. Craig was the first company we called. They came out in less than two hours, assessed the issue and fixed it in no time! Everyone at this company was very helpful and professional even in the cold conditions!
