Our service tech, Ryan, is professional, knowledgeable, patient when explaining issues and options, and very professional. All of our correspondence with the office whether it's through phone, email or text has been wonderful. Updates on appointments are accurate and helpful. We've felt heard, helped and handled with care.
Shawna performed an excellent tune up. She was very professional, knowledgeable, exemplified excellent customer service and wore shoe booties. Brian and Shawna were top notch service technicians. Outstanding service performed by Conditioned Air Solutions.
I called many companies and after Ryan came out to repair our issue I instantly asked about getting them to take care of our yearly maintenence! In my opinion there isn't any other company with their friendly service from the front desk to the technicians! Thanks Conditioned Air for the repair and bringing my family into yours!

We came home after a trip to notice that our AC was not working. Josh came out first thing the following morning and got everything back up and running within an hour. The quality and responsiveness was great! We will definitely be using Conditioned Air going forward.

Josh Sylvester...he was the HVAC Technician that responded to my request for service of their previously installed unit under warranty. He quickly went to work to analysis the problem & offer the repair solution. Josh discussed every step he went thru and answered all my technical questions. Josh was polite, courteous and experienced so after a couple of hours of work my HVAC unit was back in service and my house was returned to cool in this heatwave!!! Thanks for the professional work ethic young man!

Their service technicians and supervisors are outstanding - I appreciate their knowledge and kindness!
Called in the morning and had tech Brad Pitz come out the same day. He was extremely thorough and meticulous in inspecting our AC system and diagnosing any issues. He was very patient and professional, explaining all of his findings and giving honest advice on what repairs we needed. Then he spent hours in the hot and dark attic fixing everything we needed. Would highly recommend this company and we are very appreciative of Brad's work!

Very responsive. Jessica came to the house quickly,within an hour. She also performed the maintenance on my hvac system. Very friendly, efficient work ,knowledgeable and polite.
Called the office after hours on a Saturday. Promptly dispatch called and set up for a Technician to come out. Jessica arrived in a timely matter diagnosed and solved our issue on one unit and performed a little preventative maintenance on our other unit. Jessica was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I am very happy as usual with the Conditioned Air Staff.
I was present when Josh Sylvester serviced my friend’s ac , and he was very efficient and professional! Not only did he get the job done but he was very pleasant and informative in his care of the ac system! If I ever experience any difficulties with my AC unit, I will be ensured to call Conditioned Air solutions and request Josh Sylvester as my technician!
We are happy with our generator installation. Justin is a top notch technician, he answered all our questions (technical, logistics, cost) with detail and without hesitation. The team was professional & timely throughout the whole installation process. I will use Air Conditioning Solutions for my electrical & generator needs. There are cheaper generator options out there, but those lacked detail & trust.
Our home AC unit was serviced by Conditioned Air Solutions today. Good, informative and friendly service as always from Conditioned Air Solutions. Especially I would like to comment of a great job done by Mr. Jared Owens. Keep on the good work!
Do not waste your money or time on any other company or product. The people and performance from Condition Air Solutions are unmatched. The quality work and craftsmanship are above all others. The people that installed my HVAC and continue to monitor my system are more than just an incredible team, they are friends because they care about you…the customer.
We needed weekend service and were very pleased with the service from Conditioned Air Solutions. Frankie and Sharon were very prompt and knowledgeable on the service details. Josh was a great technician. Professional and kind. We plan to trust them when it's time for a new unit!
