Dakota Roberts investigated a problem with my HVAC in the midst of a raging thunderstorm! He was courteous, professional and I appreciated him very much. I cannot recommend him high enough.
I have AireServ come out twice a year to ensure our unit is in good shape. Mark came out, cleaned and repaired our unit and noticed a serious issue with our ductwork underneath the house. He worked with me to gain an understanding of the issue and different solutions and cost that would work within our budget. Repair services were scheduled and repairs made within a week. All the technicians were polite and professional and the quality of work was excellent. I love that they communicate appointment times and information via text so it’s easy to stay current. We will continue to use them going forward. Always a wonderful experience.

I called AirServ on a weekend in May this year because my AC was out. They charged me to diagnose the issue (issue with drainpipe/drainage). It was not working again this weekend, and I called them to see if they would come out to fix what they didn’t fix the first time. It’s the weekend before 4th of July. it. It’s a hassle. But they insisted on coming the following morning, and it’s super hot and intolerable in my house. It’s entirely too hot to wait until the next morning. I’d have to check into a hotel. They DID NOT offer to come out to our house initially, but they did after I pressed. The communication was frustrating, and I didn’t feel confident that they knew what they were doing. It’s been two months, and I’m experiencing the same issue I’d had when they came to initially fix it in May. I had another guy from a HVAC company called Air Outlook service us, and he fixed the issue so that I don’t have to call him again in two months time. If a company doesn’t actually fix an issue, you should be refunded for that service. They basically took my money for a temporary fix. I would have set up a service plan if we had been warned that the issue was recurring.
Other than the diagnostic price was $20 more than the lady said when I called, they were available, on time, knowledgeable, and professional.
I recently added a sunroom to my house and chose Aire Serv to provide my HVAC. Their installers did a great job and answered my questions respectfully. Austin is a great representative of the company and very helpful.
Andrew and Dakota we extremely friendly and open about what problems I was facing with my units. Quick response time and both had me back running in short order.
Super nice guys, hard working group of guys all the way from Chad the service technician, Dustin the home comfort designer, Blake, toney, and Dakota who did the install great company all around!! They came out on the hottest day of the year so far and got my new unit installed!!!

My technician was Owen, he came out and worked on our HVAC system. He did and amazing job and was super friendly and informative! We definitely recommend aireserv and y’all should get Owen!

My issues was 8 months ago and I left the review on their fb but I think people on google should also know. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company !!! We had this company out today (10/14/22). As our AC & Heat wouldn’t work. We froze all night. They sent out a repairman who stated our problem needed to be resolved with going through our attic and it would be a 2 person job. That they would HOPEFULLY get to us Monday ( 10/17/22). I found this to be odd and called Cooper Climate Control who came out immediately! The one person Cole fixed the problem by himself never needed to go through our attic and we have Heat and Air. Problem resolved immediately! I strongly encourage people to not fall for whatever reason they can’t fix your AC/Heat etc or better yet save your time and stress and just contact Cooper Climate Control ! What one company couldn’t do Cooper Climate Control did !!! Thankfully we can stay in our house tonight and not have to board animals ( ours and the ones I foster ) and rent a Airbnb / hotel etc. Having a medically fragile child we weren’t thrilled with that. I’m so glad we got a second opinion with Cooper Climate Control in North AL was able to come out in 30 minutes and fixed it within 30 minutes. They don’t have my name because it was under my husbands name and we’ve already spoke to them. Nice try though.

Best service in America and the Technician was awesome and well trained. He needs to get a raise. He did stuff I never seen other tech do. Awesome work. Aire Serv is #1. Mark Guerrero did a awesome job. I want him always.
We really appreciate Blake coming out and taking a look at our air-conditioning unit before 100° weather days this summer! Blake is very knowledgeable and great at what he does! He was able to accommodate times for them to come back out and clean out our air ducts the next day! He definitely needs a raise! Thank you so much!
