What is not to like? The AO team is professional and did a great installation for me on July 5, 2023. AO was very responsive when my HVAC bit the dust. I received text and email message reminders and scheduled times of arrival. I knew exactly what to expect through the complete installation process. The HVAC system installed is very quiet both inside and out. The digital programmable Wi-Fi/Bluetooth makes it easy to program and adjust anywhere, even outside the home. The service program is very affordable; a must to have. I am looking forward to a comfortable home and a great relationship with the AO team. Kudos!👍 A special shout out to Kenan for his attention to detail!

Awaiting receipt of invoice to accurately rate, although he was professional and responsive to my inquiry. His initial conversation did suggest that he had not been informed of the specific estimate’s scope limited to duct replacement. That was quickly clarified by me. He did provide me a contact number for future questions.

My service technician was professional, personable and explained the details to complete the intial service. More than anything else, my service technician would NOT leave until he was SURE all was in good order and working as expected.

Jeff and crew came on a Sunday emerency call to add coolent to my unit until Air Outlook receives my ordered replacement unit. They went above and beyond what I expected.
My home never cooled efficiently and upon having inspections done from several companies, I discovered it was due from a prior poor workmanship and some of the ductwork was not even connected and it was in complete disarray. Air Outlook's price was competitive (actually lower than the other bids, even with the extra work) and their team resolved the problem with an affordable solution. They are just good folks to work with from the sweet lady who answers the phone to the great guys who actually do the work to cool you! A 5 🌟 recommendation!
Jeff came out very promptly diagnose the problem, and fixed it. Along with this he addressed some other problems that we had and repaired them immediately. Highly recommend this company.

I still highly recommend this company. I do have their service plan and am well pleased with all work and especially the response time.
They’re really “cool”! In all seriousness they were early which I appreciated, they worked really quick they were very kind and polite and respectful and now I have nice cool air during the heat of the Summer! We had Jeffery assist us!
