Couldn’t have asked or expected more from Isaac that came to inspect why old HVAC unit was not cooling. Explained everything throughly and gave options. Then Tyler and Monica came to install a new unit. Professional and courteous.

The tech was awesome and greatly appreciated! She figured out what the problem was right away and had it fixed in no time! She even showed me some regular maintenance I could do to keep the unit running more efficiently.

Roland did a great job replacing our air conditioner compressor. He was extremely professional and was very respectful. What impressed me was he was clean cut, clean shaven and presentable. My first impression was I was dealing with a reputable company if they insist that their service people are presentable. He did a quality job and was done reasonable quickly and he was by himself.
Roy, the technician, installed a new electric line for a stove. The work was done well and the cleanup was excellent.

The technician and people were great, but the product is terrible for the value. I was charged almost $4000 just to change out a compressor on the air conditioner. Not the entire coil and compressor, just the sealed compressor unit. They did not change it out for the exact model either. The replacement compressor is much louder than the original one. Horribly louder to the extent the neighbors have noticed. I am almost convinced there is something wrong with it. I looked up the original model and it is available for $449 online. I don't know why they could not replace it with the existing model. Maybe if they focused on fixing what was wrong instead of trying to upsale me on a whole home unit, they could have procured the proper replacement.
