Great professional people
This was my third time using S&S, and every time they were on time, efficient and the price was great. I’d recommend them to anyone.
I was extremely satisfied with my experience with S &S maintenance. My heat pump had some cryptic issues that were causing higher electric bills. Andy was on the phone with Goodman support techs, and was able to troubleshoot a solution that no doubt saved a lot of money instead of just throwing on parts. From the 2 techs that were on site to the phone receptionist, everyone was polite and professional. My electric bills are now back to normal, and I feel like the charge was very reasonable. Good job guys!
This company is AWESOME!!! Bronson ,Devin ,Trent and lets not forget the gal that answers the phone (I'm sorry I forgot her name) Ac installed in under 3 hours I would highly recommend them. They work together as a team and get the job done A+++++
Honest, trustworthy and reliable. In addition to providing repairs and new installation Andy backs up his work with prompt warranty service if an issue arises. Would highly recommend!
I have never had the pleasure of hiring S&S, but I did have the pleasure of having Andy (owner) as my teacher. Andy is a pillar in the HVAC contractor community. He is courteous, honest, and very smart. I also had the luxury of attending class with one of the S&S service technicians, Bronson. He is young, but don’t let his age fool you because he is very bright and well mannered. He also has an awesome teacher and mentor. I would bet that Bronson can diagnose a system faster than at least 75% of his competitors. You can’t go wrong with these guys!

These guys are top tier! On time, professional and true masters of their craft. Bronsen came out and checked the system and gave an honest professional opinion of what it needed and then executed the plan flawlessly. It’s not often that you find a company that does exactly what they say they will do and even…. clean up behind themselves!? I couldn’t ask for a better experience and will definitely call S andS for any future service.

These guys do the job right.. They are courteous, professional and nice guys. This appplies to service techs and office staff as well. They are my goto company for all heating and cooling work.
From the first phone call to job completion, Andy and his team could not have been more professional and personable. They updated us every step of the way and were respectful of our time. I came home today to find the AC on the fritz and we had company coming for an extended stay. I called these guys and they were out in less than 2 hours. Broson diagnosed and repaired it in short order. The cost was very reasonable especially considering it was what I would call an emergency repair. Thanks guys. I’ll recommend you any time. They were recommended to me so I had them give me an estimate. They gave me the cost and schedule. I got sticker shock. I spent the next week trying to beat their price, I couldn't. I called them and said ok. I was told that the schedule could not be met (other commitments because of my delay) but they will squeeze me in. I said I had a commitment and needed it as soon as they could. Well once again they said they would work around my schedule, yeah my schedule. The owner (Andy) came out on the day he said he would and started work. I live an old house that presented problem after problem. Andy found the solutions. But wait it gets better, it started to rain, hard. They continued to work to they lost the light. The next day they showed up early and finished, in the rain. With all that I expected the cost to reflect the problems. Nope, the price was exactly what he quoted. So would I recommended them, yes. I would even ask them over for dinner. They are that good and that friendly.
