They gave me a one hour for the appointment.. That never happens.. They arrived early.. yes! Both very nice, professional men.. Identified the problem, had the part and less than an hour later we had cool air again.. I would definitely recommend them and we'll use them again.. They even rinsed off the outside fan for us.. Great job!

Called PR Heating & Cooling Solutions Fairfield and glad they quickly provided us a very good serviceman.. The technician didn’t have any difficulty in cleaning up our ac system and finished the work in a much lesser time than I expected.. Definitely a perfect rating from me!

The technician that was sent to our home not only installed out new A/C.. They have also educated us on how to properly maintain our 2 a/c at home & I am absolutely grateful for that.. He even gave me some basic troubleshooting steps!! Kudos!!

My daughters air conditioning went out and it was after 8 pm on a Friday night. They responded in less than an hour and were professional, efficient and knew immediately what needed to be done. They are very reasonably priced and was very nice. Thank you

We installed an air-conditioner last week. Technicians were professional and very polite and did an amazing job. The new system is so quiet and efficient. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and neighbours. Dealing with the company made the whole process very easy as he is the best!
My experience was great. They kept to the original schedule for the installation and the follow up. The staff was knowledgeable and very professional, keeping me updated as the work progressed. The work itself was very thorough and high quality. At the end of the day, I was informed as to how to operate the system.
