Josh is an absolute magician!!! Very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He came out, right when he said he would, diagnosed the problem, and worked his magic. Our system is back up and running again and we did not have to take out a loan to pay for it! We had previously called out another bigger, supposedly reputable, company that just wanted to sell us a new unit and very expensive parts. Josh understood that we were not made of money and took the time to troubleshoot and fix the actual problem (including the extra problems caused by the other technician). It is rare to find a skilled tradesman now days, let alone one with integrity. Thank you Josh. We will be using you and you alone for all of our HVAC needs in future.
