My AC unit stopped working suddenly last Friday, June 30th. It was set to be 99 degrees outside the next day. And of course it broke down after 6pm so that I'd need to pay after-hours rates for the dispatch fee. Of course. I called at least 10 businesses and several times each. Wade was the only one that 1) wasn't charging exorbitantly just to come out and 2) were available relatively soon. Justin from Wade came out and was amazing! He couldn't find anything awry, except that our breakers were off, so he did not charge us for any repair, even though he'd spent at least 30 minutes troubleshooting. As far as we are concerned, he could have come up with something for which to charge us, but he did not. He even advised us on A/C and filter maintenance. We are extremely thankful for the swift and honest work that he did. He was professional, kind, timely, informative, and didn't try to pull one over on us. We will absolutely call Wade again in the future! You should too!
Very friendly and professional. The Technician found a problem with one of my A/C units and showed me a bad capacitor and burnt connection wire. Told me the price up front to fix it. I agreed and it was fixed very quickly. Wade Heating and Air have always been quick to respond to my heating and air needs and I would recommend them to anybody.
They came same day and was quick friendly knowledgeable and efficient. Very happy with the service provided.
After researching reviews of HVAC companies in my metro area, I narrowed my choices down to three. I selected Wade, because of their proximity and the fact that they were an authorized dealer for my brand of system. The technician was courteous, and he conducted a thorough examination of my system - informing me of the estimated cost before proceeding. Yep- ex employee. The question is why would someone leave employment after only 10 hours? Maybe cause it’s a hot mess and they didn’t want to be part of the hot mess going on there.
I used Wade Heating and Air to replace my water heater. The customer service they provided was impeccable. From the day I called them they went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of. Once I reached out for service they were at my home within the next day to install my water heater. I would absolutely recommend their services and use them in the future.

The service was excellent from scheduling the service repair to the technician who was on time and responded with a professional and courteous demeanor. An accurate and expeditious diagnosis of the problem was given. Prompt service and repair for the unit and the technician was on his way. I will recommend this company to family and friends!

Our AC started blowing warm air yesterday. My wife called Wade and Zach came out immediately. He knew almost instantly what the issue was - gave me an upfront price and had everything corrected and my unit blowing cold air in about 20 minutes. Really appreciate these guys for exceptional service.
Wade heating and air was a HVAC sub contractor for a remodel we're doing and I can say they've been one of the most pleasant parts of the entire project. We added an entire new unit and new duct work for the remodel. Bill was our contact and manager of the HVAC part of the project and simply stated: Bill is the freakin man! He's that rare combination of friendly, honest, and extremely knowledgeable and he went out of his way to make sure we not only were pleased with everything, but also to make sure we made the right decisions; even if that meant us paying less. We didn't have a HVAC company before this, but we do now. We'll be calling Wade Heating and Air for anything we need related to our HVAC system(s) going forward. Highly recommend!
When I made the call to Wade Heating and Air I knew I would be put on a waiting list due to the high demand for AC service this time of the year. But to my surprise the owner of the company took time off from his busy schedule and made the service call. That's what I call GOOD customer service.. Thanks....
Wade installed my ac/furnace unit a few years ago. They've also maintained the systems for me. I've been so happy with them, I recommended then to my parents for their new ac install and maintenance. They been pleased with Wade as well
