I highly recommend ZV HVAC. Incredibly responsive, highly professional, and went above and beyond to get my unit up and running. I’d give more stars if I could.
I noticed my HVAC unit was leaking water in my basement. ZV HVAC was able to come out and look at it the same day I called. It turned out to be a clogged drain causing condensation to overflow onto the floor. It is an old HVAC unit, but they were able to provide a quick and inexpensive fix. Great service and highly recommended.
I have had ZV HVAC out several times for general service and maintenance of our HVAC. This time the coil went bad. Their response time was fast and professional. They had us back up and running in no time. I would highly recommend them for all your HVAC needs.
Zach and his team installed a ductless mini split unit in my upstairs and it’s made all the difference in the world to me! They also rearrange and customized the duct work for my whole house A/C in my basement and added vents to make it more suitable for a finished basement. Zach was great with communicating when they would be come by and getting back to us with the estimate so quickly. I loved how professional and friendly Zach and his whole crew was! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great HVAC company!

They even gave me a referral to other companies to help with some home improvement. I appreciate you guys!

I called ZV HVAC late on Friday and they offered to come out the very next day (which was a Saturday). I met with Zach and Dave. They were professional, extremely knowledgeable and got right to it. They diagnosed the problem quickly and had the parts on their truck. I highly recommend this company. Their pricing is very fare and they did great work. My experience with ZV HVAC was great. Zach was honest and fair with the diagnostics and installation of my HVAC system. He had great communication and answer all my questions. 5 stars, would use again.
We were first introduced to Zach when he did work at our condo we were renting. He was very nice and communicative. He took the time to explain to us what had happened, how he was going to fix it and how long it would take even tho we were not the landlord. He set up the appointments and all with us to be sure it worked out for us. So naturally after we bought our first house Zach was our first call to have the hot water heater replaced. Being it was my first time with something like this he walked me thru all the options and even recommended what he thought would work best for my family and I. (And it wasn't the most outrageous expensive either. Something that truly was best). He arranged it all and had the install ready for the first day we took possession. He was in and out and everything done in 2 hours or so. Even took the time to bring everything up to code. He also pointed out some plumbing issues and gave me a plumbers info to be sure we were getting everything. Overall Zach is a great guy and great business man! Any HVAC issues we might have he is our only go to man! Great prices, great work, and best of all amazing communication!!!
I just purchased a home in August. Since then this would be the third company that I’ve had come out to service a 20 year old Carrier unit. The technician arrived on time and was courteous, professional and communicative. He checked over my system and even showed me how much Freon he put into my system. This is the first place that I’ve used that I have not felt completely ripped off. I would definitely use them in the future.
Service is exceptional. I’ve work with hundreds of contractors in my professional career and dozens over the years as a homeowner. These guys are top notch. You can’t ask for much more from an independent contractor. I had an issue with my furnace that was over 20 years old. They came out and provided diagnostic options without any sales pressure and simply stated the pros and cons of each option. I opted to replace the furnace based on the quotes they provided on the spot. 1. Customer Service: They are responsive and communicate with you EVERY step of the way. 2. Technical Expertise: Their quality of work was also top notch. Went out of their way to fix things that other contractors would have said was out of scope. Even absorbed costs to fix two unforeseen issues. 3. Pricing: Good look finding someone this good, with great customer service, at this price. Also, the pricing was very transparent- no bait and switches. It’s simply, if you have an HVAC replacement or repair need, CALL THEM FIRST!!!!
Zach and Wayne are the HVAC pros you want to work with. They did a wonderful job at installing a new heat pump and air handler at my house in 2 days. They also helped me get rid of my oil tank, made sure air was coming from all the vents and even helped me fix a broken one. Super friendly and on-time. I highly recommend them!
