Mike's company is the best ,great people to work with , very knowledgeable an a very reasonable priced . They took care of my HVAC problem. I haven't had them come back out. VERY PLEASED with their work! I have referred them to several people
Mike replaced my A/C last Summer and furnace this year He did a great job The units are perfect for my home They work beautifully On top of that his prices are fair Thank you Mike!!
My heat went out on a Sunday and it was only 20 degrees outside. I contacted Mike, the owner, at Ziv’s Heating and Cooling. He arrived 30 mins later and I found out I needed a new furnace. Mike was absolutely wonderful! He knew exactly what he was doing, was very professional, and had my new furnace up and running in a few hours. He also taught me on how to maintain my furnace and recommended what filters are best. I highly recommend this company and will use them for my annual maintenance and cleaning and any repair needs if I should ever use them. I was so impressed with his services.

you always hope you can get one more year out of an old ac unit. mike came over and attempted to repair but unfortunately time was up on my 28 year old ac unit. he was able to replace it with a new unit same day. very grateful we were able to get the ac replaced and in our budget. glad i could also support a local business.
Having Mike complete the work for me, was one of the best decisions I've made in a long time. He got the entire job done, both AC and Furnace installed in less than a day, and even left the home cleaner than when he came. His prices and response time just can't be beat by anyone. Don't waste your time with the big television repair people, you will be the one paying for that commercial. Mike, I can't thank you enough!!
I called Mike to come out and give us an estimate on a new HVAC install (as our units were 25 years old!). He came out, gave me a good price, and said he'd be back the next day. Mike and Louie came out, right on time, and were friendly and professional. They had moving pads in the house so our carpet didn't get messed up while they took the old furnace out and brought in the new one, and cleaned up everywhere afterwards. Mike had said the job should be "done around 2" and he was true to his word - it was about 2 on the dot when they finished! I'd highly recommend Ziv's - friendly, fair, respectful and a great company to deal with. Call 'em!!
Hands down the best HVAC people you can find. We called twice with emergencies and both times Mike was there within a few minutes to diagnose and repair the issue. I called several other times for advice and he offered it with no hesitation. If you are reading this, stop looking around and call Ziv’s. They are professional, knowledgeable and very reasonable priced. Easiest and most definite recommendation I will ever give.
Mike was great. Looked at our 50 year old furnace and attempted to repair it. It couldn't be repaired so Mike gave us an amazing deal and was there the next day to replace it. I would use them again and recommend them to all my friends and family.
Mike came out at noon on Christmas morning because my furnace had been misfiring since Christmas Eve. I called him around 8:30am and he was willing to be at my house by 10am, which I asked if we could push it back so I can celebrate Christmas with my family. He obliged. Once here Mike was professional, took the time to teach me about my unit, and how to take preventative measures to make sure the unit lasts longer. Due to it being Christmas and Mike worked in my furnace for an hour, I thought he would be charging me huge fees. $100 out the door was the final cost. After doing some research, I know this was a great deal. I’d call this guy immediately when I need more work done.

Had a wonderful experience with Ziv's! I was able to receive an estimate the same day I called them, and I don't think anyone could have beaten their price. The install did go a little bit long, but the team was incredibly friendly, respectful, and professional the whole time, and they were on time each day and didn't stop working, and dealt with minor structural surprises with ease. I wholeheartedly recommend them for HVAC services.
Mike came through in a pinch after I had reached out to another contractor who turned into a ghost after having an agreement to do the job. Mike worked quickly and and provided a great service. He talked me through how to make sure I completed my registration to ensure my units were correctly guaranteed. I would recommend him without question.
I have a old unit in my attic. Had a problem and called Mike and he was there within a half an hour. Unfortunately had to replace the air handler and they were here the next morning. Excellent work Mike , Tracy and Louie. They worked all day in the attic that was 119 degrees. Great service and great price. I highly recommend these guys for any air or heating needs.
Came out right away for quote. Installed system the next day. Very friendly and personable. Clean and did the work fairly quickly. Would definitely recommend.
Due to the current situation many companies are very hesitating and over price my heater had caught on fire and I found ZIV’S heating and cooling Came to my home gave me a good price they were friendly knowledgeable and explain everything and there was communication throughout the process great company
I was very impressed with Ziv's Heating and Cooling. Mike in particular. I saw a post about his company on facebook and reached out for a quote. He was quick to respond and we set an appointment for that night. I was initially just looking to start the process and get some pricing. However, once he arrived, I really got a sense that he really knew his trade. We talked about the best units for the size of the house. We then discussed a price. Back and forth a little and we came to a deal. Was it the rock bottom cheapest? No. But i got the sense that i could save a few bucks more if I really looked but i wanted the peice of mind that came with believing in the man selling the product. 3 Days later, Mike and Louie installed the units. They took the time to go over the items, and showed me how they worked. I'm really impressed with Ziv's and recommend them.
Mike was great to deal with. Very quick to respond and come out and help. I will use him for any future issues and highly recommend him!
