These guys are the real deal! Where were they not great! These guys were great at timeliness, professionalism, and problem resolution. Very neat, orderly, and clean. They cleaned up after themselves after finishing as well. They even wore booties in my home to keep my carpet clean. They even showed me after they repaired my system that the heat was working properly and allowed me to assess whether the heat that was getting put out was to my satisfaction. Top notch these guys! And they were very understanding. They explained all the details in great detail. Clearly answered questions to my understanding. And they were willing to further explain things if I had trouble understanding what was going on. These guys are phenomenal! They even told me details about my system; how old it is (isn’t as old as I thought it was), how it works, and how to use my new thermostat, and how to use it in an emergency, like if my outside unit malfunctions in the future, that was specific to the type of system I have. Absolutely great! Would recommend to anyone!

ZIPS technicians were very professional and provided excellent service. The technicians were very thorough and finished the work in timely manner. They were very friendly and very respectful and returned our calls in timely manner. They installed the system within one day and we will certainly recommend this company to our friends or anyone who has AC/Heating issues or need a system installed or checked. A job well done by Zips! They installed a Google Nest on my complicated HVAC system. Something only an HVAC tech could handle. Originally it was a Lennox system Thermostat until it stopped working. With no way to DIY wire a new one, these guys got it in less than an hour. Highly recommended, friendly, affordable, knowledgeable, and flexible techs.

Amazing people, very friendly. They were able to help us out when other companies wouldn’t even call us back. We were with no A/C for almost a month but when ZIPS got involved they had a new air handler installed with in one week of picking up our job. I would definitely recommend them to everyone I know. They are the reason my wife and kids will stay cool this summer. So thank you to all of the people at ZIPS HVAC.

Our A/C stopped working properly over the weekend - we had originally called ARS who messed up our appointments twice. I saw the Zips HVAC truck at my neighbor's house and decided to call to see if they'd have some time to stop by to at least evaluate the issue. They stopped by and were able to replace the failed capacitor within 20 minutes of me calling. We were extremely happy with them and will be using them in the future!

I appreciate the quality of work and the professionalism and friendliness the installers exhibited.They worked very hard and were very polite, I'm happy that I found this company by googling and giving my job to them. it seems they start running this business recently, but they carry lots of experience which are needed for this kind of company. I had an issue with my heater and the technician repaired it very quickly which I wasn't expecting. I would definitely recommend this company to all my friends and family.
