We have been beyond disappointed with this company. We do not recommend them! They do not stick to there own written contract and they will try to charge you again for something the contract says will cover. We are having some issues with our flooring bc it was not installed by a flooring professional , when the floor started buckling we asked the contractor if he would fix it along with some plumbing issues we noticed as well. The contractor said he would come to fix it and wouldn’t show up. He refuses to come fix the issues bc he wants more money. We told him we will not pay anything until he comes to fix the issues first . They still won’t come fix floor or plumbing . I am now having to pay professionals to come fix the issues. They have not reached out to resolve the problem or make it right.
I would recommend theses jobs for any home remodeling big or small!! Very professional and work is excellent!! I promise you will not be disappointed!!!
This company is hands down a hidden gem in the construction business. Great communication, very detailed, and no corners cut. Highly recommended for any remodel or new construction needs.

My wife and I hired Leo and Jessica to custom build our very first home. We were young and had no idea what we were doing and heard about Leo from a family member. We first met Leo and Jessica at one of their family member's house (which immediately let us know they were trust-worthy) and right off the bat knew we wanted to work with them. They were very friendly and answered any questions we had. After signing a contract the work immediately began. Form start to finish they were always available by phone and we met Leo at the job site many times to discuss progress. Seeing your first home go up from the pad, to the frame, to the final touches is really quite something! I'm sure my wife and I had too many questions throughout the process but Leo and Jessica would always give us an answer when needed. Our home turned out BEAUTIFUL and is everything and more! We had a vision and they turned that into a reality. From the custom hand-made cabinets (yes, hand-crafted), to the many different colored paints, to the beautiful floors, everything was excellent. We would highly recommend Zi Construction to anyone building for the first time or needing a remodel (which we will definitely look forward to in the future).
My husband and I hired Zi Construction for a total house remodel. They took our 70s house and turned it into a beautiful modern home. Beautiful job!!! They did the work in the time frame that was told to us. The custom cabinets and tile work are the best ever!! Leo and Jessica made the process go very smooth. And I was out of town for the most part but they both kept me informed on everything. We also had them do the outside as well!!! I would recommend them for any home remodel large or small.
