Anthony was coming out to check the system in the house I bought recently to make sure everything is working properly and before he got here the heat went out. He replaced a part on the furnace and got it working again. Unfortunately I wasn’t so lucky with the heat pump, which has to be replaced. He gave me the option to try do a fix on it but of course couldn’t guarantee how long that would last. I told him I had someone that could replace it and he was good with that. Not many businesses would let it go at that. I got no pressure to fix or buy something. I appreciate that and recommend him if you need hvac work done. Very nice man.

Companies like this rarely exist these days. Anthony is a stand up guy, he is straight forward, professional, on time, and does a great job at explaining what he is doing and why. We recently purchased a new home and have had some issues with our HVAC system, he has been quick to get out here and troubleshoot the system. More importantly, he has been quick to answer/explain/show me things. Our new home has a Heat Pump, something I am not at all familiar with. He has done a great job making me feel comfortable understanding how my system works. Check out his rating on all major platforms. A perfect 5 star on google, 4.9 on Angi, A+ on the BBB. If you want to find a person to trust with your heating and cooling system, there is no better company in this area.
Mr. Yutzy is not only the finest heating and air conditioning professional I know, he is also a man of integrity and honor. He just installed a replacement furnace and AC unit. He did so with unbelievable responsiveness, great skill and a remarkable work ethic. I would trust him with my wallet. His work at our home in Muirfield Village, for well over a decade, has always been impeccable. On time. Professional in appearance, actions and word. Fairly priced. Yutzy Heating and Cooling is the best. On the first 90+ degree day of the year my central air system gave out and the temperature in the house skyrocketed. The first two companies I called asked me to describe the issue and said it would be a minimum of $500-$1000 and they were scheduling 7-10 days out. Then I spoke to Anthony Yutzy who answered the phone personally and said it was likely one of two things and he didn’t expect it to be that much, even if both issues existed and he could be out between 10-noon the next day. Anthony was on time, called ahead, professional and explained things well to my wife and the bill was less than half what the others quoted for the same issue. Yutzy Heating and Cooling is my go to company from now on. If your looking for honesty, integrity, professionalism and a company that takes pride in their craft, you’ve found it
I was in a pinch while in the middle of working on a do-it-myself furnace repair. I was having trouble naming and hunting down a very specific part. While walking into a home improvement store, I noticed the Yutzy’s HVAC company vehicle pull into the parking lot. I decided to take a chance and approached him for some advice. As just some regular joe, I was expecting to be brushed off by a busy contractor in the middle of his workday. Although under no obligation whatsoever, Tony was able to quickly identify the part that I needed, offered to get it put in on supplier order and took the time to answer my questions. Now that is what you call good business - plain and simple. I was even able to obtain the piece the same day allowing me to properly finish an otherwise hassle of a repair project. Obviously Yutzy’s knows a thing or two about how positive relationships are built as well as how respect and reputation are earned. Highly recommend.

Excellent service! To date they have installed new humidifier, serviced a heat pump we have on an addition(once after hours to help get it working for weekend guests coming in) and replaced one of our thermostat on our geothermal system. Have had both Anthony & Quentin provide service and always professional, courteous & neat. Highly recommend them for all your heating and cooling needs!

Yutzy beat the competitor with honesty, quality, price AND service. About 13 months ago we had our unit installed by a different company. Consequently our service warranty had just expired. After finding out that the installer would no longer cover the defective unit, and receiving an excessive quote from them, we called Yutzy Heating and Cooling. They not only exceeded expectations with how quickly they got it working, but they also beat the competitors price by 66%!! I am very thankful for their honesty and quality. Thanks Quentin!
Another place said it was a bad blower motor and wanted $1300. Quentin said the motor wasn't bad and fixed us up for a fraction of that. Very honest and trustworthy. I won't go anywhere else now.
For years, Anthony has been the one I trust with any heating/cooling problems, and I cannot say enough good things about him. When I finally decided to replace my 27 year old AC unit, I assumed Anthony would be the one on the job, but he wasn't. Quentin arrived promptly, worked efficiently, and was extremely tidy. He too, was kind, friendly, and very professional. When he left, it was like he hadn't even been there...except for the shiny new AC unit. Thanks Quentin, for a job well done. Yutzy's never disappoint!
Anthony came out to fix my Nest thermostat after a known wiring issue with my HVAC system. Anthony was on time and very nice to work with. He fixed the issue right away and even took the time to go over my entire HVAC system and what maintenance items I need to look out for. Will be using them in the future.
My heat went out last week and Anthony came to the rescue within an hour. He was very thorough and explained to me what was going on. He was able to fix it on the spot and even made sure other parts we working efficiently. I appreciated his help and business!
I just spent some quality time on the phone with Anthony on this first day of 2015 and he saved us! Our ancient furnace wasn't delivering electricity to our thermostat on this chilly day and since we don't really want to live off the grid just yet, we really needed help.
