Steve from Ohio State Handyman is great to work with. I recently refinished a condo where he replaced all the HVAC equipment. He was accurate on his quote and communicated frequently during scheduling and the final product. Very clean install - thanks Steve! I highly recommend Ohio State Handyman.
Steve is a great worker who has helped our house tremendously. He charges fair prices and has a positive energy. When I had an issue with a defective device, he came and redid the work for free (not expected). I love that I can text him since I have a busy life and he always responds. I’m already planning to use this business next year! I highly recommend!
Steve is a great reliable go-to for anything and everything you need serviced, hung, installed or repaired in your home. From electrical to HVAC he does it all. His response time is fast, he is local, & is trusted in the home & takes pride in the work he does. Highly recommend him to anyone, and we have used him multiple times for various projects. Steve is great! Once you use his services, you will not call anyone else for work at your home. I first used Steve in 2017 to install a furnace. He does great work. He is thorough, fair, quick to reply and professional. He has fair pricing and does not overcharge by huge $$$ amounts like many of the bigger companies do! He shows up on time and when he says he will be there he is there, unlike many other handyman who just never show up. He performs quality work and installs good products. Since 2017, we have used him at my home and my rentals for repairs, maintenance on the furnace/AC units, replacement of a furnace at my rental and this month at my mom's house to install a new AC unit and furnace. I give his name to my family and friends and highly recommend you give him a try. You won't be disappointed!

My mother had no A/C in her house the whole month of June because of a bad home warranty. I called my buddy Steve here at Ohio State Handyman and he was there the next day. My mother went with a brand new full system, A/C and furnace and Steve had it done in 2 days. I would recommend Ohio State Handyman to any of my friends and family.
He is very nice and knowledgeable in terms of electronic, walls, appliances and other areas for the houses. He did a great job and we really like the remodeling.
