Outstanding service!! David was able to provide a quote the same day I called and able to install my unit the next day. He is very nice and friendly, as well as professional & knowledgeable. He's been in this business for 30 years. I found their prices better than any others I spoke with but equally important, they are prompt and reliable. Honestly, this is best customer service I have received in NWA from any trade! I highly recommend them.

I've known David and his family for nearly 30 years. He's always my first call for any of my heating and air conditioning needs. He helped keep older systems operating when everyone else wanted to sell me something new. Finally, when it was unavoidable, he recommended and installed an excellent new system for my home. Professional, polite and trustworthy, without a doubt. Highly recommended!
Daniel was very helpful, polite, and professional! He got our A/C up and running in practically no time. No extra sales pitches or pressure to purchase anything unnecessary. It was a wonderful experience!

David (owner) and Daniel came last week and help me hook up a mini split. Nobody else has come through in this entire NWA area. Everyone wants to sell me an expensive mini split unit which is outside of my budget. David was very easy to talk to, and explained how he charge and approximately how long it will take. We planned and rescheduled due to weather and David always returned my calls. He showed up on time and got the job done in 2 hours. In this time, he listened to my concern about the AC rocking and bolted down the outside unit; he did not try to sell me anything. He was polite, not intrusive, and delightful to talk to. I'd really recommend him and will probably keep him as long-term AC guy on my list!
I have used Your Heating and Air Guy several times. Every time I think I have a major issue, they come over quickly and solve the issue. They are always professional and knowledgeable. I never feel pressured to buy unnecessary equipment. We love David and his crew!
I trust David explicitly. He's honest, friendly, does a great job and his charge is much cheaper than others I've used in the past. The last time I needed him he had another job he was working on so he sent one of his guys out, but when he finished he came out to make sure the job was done right. Excellent service! Highly recommend. Our AC went out during the hottest part of summer and he came out the same day. Reasonable priced and very professional.
