Updated: the owner called and explained their pricing rules. His explanation made a lot of sense and I appreciate his honesty. This review is about the pricing of this place. When I called to ask about the price of their service, they told me they charge $89 or so for the technician to come over and DEPEND ON the type of work needed, they will give me an estimate. My dishwasher was not mounted probably so it came wobbly after a few years of use. I am confident that it only needs to be secured further but to make sure there is nothing else wrong, I hired this company to help me. Given they told me that the price will be based on the amount of work needed and the fee of booking will account towards the repair, I thought it was a fair deal for both parties. HOWEVER, the technician came and looked at it and said the previous installer didn't install with the right screw and he will put on the right screws. And he said for $265 for the work which lasted only 5 mins!! He also insisted me to pay him by cash.
I have used them for several years now for refrigerator repair. They have usually been spot on with diagnosis and fixing the issue. They are also very responsive.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Rovshan is awesome! We called to ask about our dishwasher repair. He listened attentively. We have one dishwasher on top of another. One is working & one is not draining. He asked us to try replacing the motor from one to another - which was very simple & it worked. He could have come out to do it but he guided us instead. There are very few such honest, helpful people in the world. I had to post a review for this 5 star experience. We've also had him come out a few years back to do an actual repair & it went well.
We’ve used Your Appliance Repair a few times now, most recently to repair our washing machine. Each time they have been quick to respond, friendly, knowledgeable & efficient. It’s never good to need an appliance repaired but these guys take the worry & stress out of the equation & get things working again. THANK YOU!

The refrigerator was leaking - 3 day weekend approaching and I needed someone, same day, to save the wooden floors. I called Your Appliance Repair. The dispatcher was courteous and kind and sent Alex, who arrived less than an hour later. Alex was efficient, friendly and professional. He found the problem and fixed it and explained what he was doing with patience. The price was fair and I am so grateful to find Alex and Your Appliance Repair. Thank you!!
Great, came over same day and fixed the problem. Couldn't be happier.
They are easy to reach ... I was able to talk to a real human on first call (which I made in the middle of the work day) and schedule a visit within a few hours for them to fix a stove in a rental unit. They arrived at the unit, fixed the problem, and then came to my door to be paid, all without any other hassle or delay, and with a well articulated report on the cause of the problem. They were very polite and personable every step of the way, charge reasonable rates, and as far as I know did a fine job. They are certainly number one on my list for the next appliance issue around here.
This service was available to come to my house within a few hours of calling and they did a great job at a great price. More of a personal service than the others.
HVAC transformer replacement turned out to be a bit more complicated than thought due to some non-standard wiring. Fixed without charging more than originally quoted and replaced a thermostat without charging extra.

Rip off! I put a request in online included the model number and indicated the specific part that was broken and needed to be replace. The igniter on the stove with specific model. No need for diagnostics. I already know what was wrong with my stove. At the appointment time, 2 guys shows up. They took the stove apart and took them 2 hours to unscrew 2 screws to remove cover. Lifted up the lid and take out a 1 in ignitor. Then they said. I don't have the part for it. I need to come back for it. Part will cost $20 and labor will be $197. Yesterday was Friday and they said the earliest they can came back is Thursday next week. If the store doesn't carry the part. They will charge me additional for shipping. F*%sh bull. Today will $75 charge for service and diagnostic. Yes, I live in los altos and a woman. I am sure I don't look stupid. Don't just rob me like that. what the &^%%***. I went online bought the part for $7.50. Put it back on myself in 15 minute. Don't bother coming back next week. A housewife got the job done in a fraction of the time.
Got a same-day appointment for a stove repair. Repair person couldn't get the bad burner off. Doused it with WD-40, said he'd order replacement and come back after the weekend to replace it. Told me he'd call the night before to confirm. He didn't call. When I pinged him late the next day, he asked me if I could get the burner off now, and said if I could, he would order the replacement. I couldn't, so he said, "I can't help you". So, he hadn't already ordered the replacement, so he clearly wasn't ready to finish the job even if it had loosened, plus he didn't call to confirm. I conclude that he simply forgot about my job. Not acceptable.
Peter came right on time. Knew what he was doing. Courteous. I was very pleased.
They showed up on time. Diagnosed the issue with our beverage refrigerator quickly and were able to fix the leak in the coolant system. All is well after couple of months of operations. Saved us from having to purchase a $1600 replacement unit. Only regret is that we should have call them sooner. Wasted several months and extra $ trying to fix on our own.
I've used this outfit twice, for a dishwasher and a washing machine, and they did the job promptly and effectively both times. With the dishwasher they could have recommended costly work but said the problem was intermittent outages of an expensive part; eventually it would fail and then we'd have to replace rather than repair. It was more than a year before it gave out, and all we paid them was the price of a visit.
Excellent service. Repairman very experienced and fixed my older maytag dryer by replacing malfunctioning part and cleaned it inside. Works very well.
Ralph came to install a Bosch dishwasher for us. Unfortunately, the instructions caused the dishwasher to be mounted about 1/16 inch too high, causing the top of the door to be scraped by the mounting hardware. Your Appliance were very accommodating and ordered a replacement for the top of the door, and Ralph came back promptly to replace it for us. We are quite happy with the service we received.
