Aldrin the owner and our technician was EXCELLENT! He was able to schedule same-day service as we were returning from vacation. He did a thorough assessment of our inoperable A/C system and discovered that the past two HVAC Service Providers (Cowboy Cooling, LaMarque, TX and Preferred Home Services, Friendswood, TX) had done poor work and sourced aftermarket parts (fan motor and capacitor), not recommended by the manufacturer, that were incorrect replacements causing unit to work efficiently and eventually failed; see attached pic for reference. Even the ground wire for the condenser fan was not connected properly and more than one previous technician failed to identify such an obvious issue. Aldrin, ordered OEM parts, and explained in meticulous detail what the problem(s) were and why the A/C unit was not working. He demonstrated skill, ability, technical competence , integrity and professionalism; characteristics that seem hard to come by in such a dense field of competitors. Without a doubt, Your AC Guy, LLC is a keeper and now our new HVAC service provider.

This is the third time that I’ve used “Your AC Guy” and I can’t say enough good things about this company. Each time Aldrin has responded quickly and fixed the issue with absolutely no problems. They are professional, knowledgeable and by far have the best prices in this area. It’s very important to find a good, honest and reputable A/C guy, and they exceeded all my expectations. They truly take customer service seriously and make it their priority to make sure you are completely satisfied. I definitely recommend Your AC Guy for any AC repairs, maintenance or servicing. Had an issue with low Freon and the outside fan motor had failed causing my upsstairs AC unit to not operate properly. Aldrin did a great job communicating and assessing all potential issues along with different options for repair. The repair was made swiftly the following day and my AC has been up and running with no issues. 3 thumbs up. I’ll definitely be using this company again for any future issues. This review is based off of two visits. Background: Our house faces East to West and our bedroom is extremely hot at night. We contacted our builder to send someone to check the entire AC system, but their contracted rep was little to no help. I reached out to Your AC Guy, LLC for a second opinion I spoke to Aldrin and he came out right away. First visit: Aldrin was on time and thorough. He explained that the duct was split, which was causing the bedroom to be warm. He did not pressure me nor did he try to up-sell anything. He provided me with a simple solution. Second visit: On time again and Aldrin finished the work in less than two hours. He showed me the completed changes and offered to come back to add an additional vent in the bedroom if the temperature was not to my satisfaction. The result is a comfortable-cool bedroom! I'm glad that we looked for a second opinion. Overall: Professional, thorough, punctual, and I appreciate the honesty. From the first phone call to the follow up my entire experience with Your AC Guy, LLC was a positive one.

Your AC Guy to the rescue! The heater in my home started to go out as the winter cold was getting under way. Before I knew it, my home was getting colder before it was getting warmer. I was recommended to Aldrin and he quickly came out and got my heater back in working order with a few parts. The difference is night and day! The service was fast and professional. The pricing was better than I expected and very reasonable. I definitely know who I'll call for my future heating and cooling needs.

Our home was built in the 90s and like most homes in the area it was built to be affordable not to be efficient. Our downstairs unit broke down a couple of days after we closed on the home and the technician, Aldrin, from Your Ac Guy came to save the day and our money. From day one it felt like it was always about saving our money and finding a solution to our high energy bills. We were so impressed by this company's quality of service that we also decided to replace our upstairs unit last year. Aldrin also recommend to add insulation in our attic, the quote he gave us was very reasonable so we decided to also do that. Boy are we glad we also added the insulation job, our electricity bills have gone down significantly. We cannot thank enough Your AC Guy for all their hard work. We highly recommend!
