Professional, courteous, honest, and thorough are the words I would use to describe Ken and his team. They say that one’s character is revealed in the face of adversity. We had some equipment setbacks that were not the fault of YLAC that made our install trying but Ken dealt with them head-on with late and weekend calls to problem solve and correct the problems. His staff was always courteous and cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day. In the end, everything works great, and we are very happy with our experience with YLAC. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality residential or commercial service.
Ken is a very professional person which we highly recommend!We found him because he is in our neighborhood, after checking the leaks he explained our issue in details and we are very glad we have such an awesome neighbor. We definitely will stick to his business for future maintenance and any air conditioning issues.
Awesome to work with, responsive, fair and transparent pricing, and very professional. On time, and quick to schedule my heater repair for the very next working day after the Christmas holiday, after I made my request at 4:30 pm on Christmas Eve. We were cold, and so glad not to have to wait any longer than necessary. Thanks so much!!
Ken and his team have been a huge asset for us. They do great work at fair prices and always respond timely. My main requirement when vetting home service companies is that they treat our house like they would treat their own. Ken and team have aways hit the mark.
Had a humming noise, I recorded it so Ken would know what it was and he sent his guys over and fixed it. Great job guys!! Definitely recommend this company 👌
My technician Tony was very kind and attentive. YLAC did a great job and I will absolutely use them again. So good to see honest people in this industry. I have had people try to take advantage of me in the past and this company did the job well in an honorable way!

Yorba Linda Air Conditioning did an awesome work on our new Hvac system, Highly recommend. Called Ken, came gave estimate reviewed and explained what was needed and his recommendation. After getting a couple of estimates I decided on Yorba Linda A/C and Im glad I did. Profesional work, install and hallaway of our old system. I couldn't be happier with Yorba Linda Air and our new system work flowlessly. My New Hvac Technacians from now on. Thank you Ken and crew.

When my furnace began operating erratically, the last thing I wanted was a franchise operation with a website that fakes it is YL. YLAC is long term local, I called, they were booked that day but the owner asked if he could come out after hours, after I got home from work. That’s dedication to the customer! He came out, crawled into the attic and worked for half an hour. “I cleaned the flame sensor. It may improve it a bit but you made need a new board. I’ll order it tonight; if you don’t need it we’ll return it. I’ll call in the morning to see how it goes.” When he called , I said it was better but not fixed. “The board should be in today. OK if I come out after you get home and install it?” “Sure!” I live not missing work for hours waiting for someone to show up! Came by after dinner, installed the board. It works perfectly! He called in the morning to be sure all was good, it was, and sent a very reasonable bill. That’s service you get only from local professionals. I couldn’t have been more pleased.
