someone came out. I had called and told them my problem was a bad capacitor. The guy replaced the capacitor in a few minutes, it is a easy job. I should have done it myself, but I had to order the capacitor on line for less than $30. He was only at my house for about 10 minutes. They wanted to charge me over $300. They gave me a 10% discount which they had told me over the phone. So it was $281. I called them and asked what exactly was I charged for. They said they would have the manager call me back in an hour. Three hours later I called again. They said they would call back in 10 minutes. They never called back. That is insane. I think it is a rip off. I will never use them again. HVAC Alliance Expert. Still thinking about small claims. It was suppose to be a $69 charge to come out and see what the problem was. Since we knew what the problem was and it only took a few minutes to replace the capacitor, you would think the charge should be $69
