Friendly and quick to respond.
My experience was outstanding. My air conditioner went out due to a storm and my house was 90 plus degrees. The young lady that took my call was very professional, prompt and sympathetic for my situation and she was able to get a technician out to my house that same day. Before the service technician came out he sent me a picture letting me know he was on his way which I really appreciated. The young man 'Dusten' was able to diagnose, explain and replace a thermostat very quickly. Now my air conditioner works like it's brand new thanks to Dusten. Thank you all very much

I have had nothing but a great experience with Yates! From the first phone call to the tech - everyone seems truly happy to help. They are so responsive to every call. Send notifications, call with notifications to let you know progress. Seriously everyone is so helpful!!!!
We came home last week to find our upstairs unit not working, I left a message at Yates at probably 9:00 that night and Matthew Yates called me back that night. He sent someone out the very first thing the next morning and had us up and running. this company is very responsive and always professional and courteous. Highly recommend.

Hunter, the service technician did an outstanding job. He was very thorough and did a complete service. He actually clean the inside of the unit…..that is a first. He is an asset to your company. Based on his performance, I signed up for an annual service contact with Yates.
Yates was Great!! When our air went out, I called them on Sunday, they scheduled for Tuesday, I told them my husband was on hospice, they ended up calling back and changing to Monday. -- I really appreciated it!! The technician came out, was very Professional and explained what it needed. JUSTIN was wonderful!! --Thank You Yates for taking care of us so quickly!!!
I called and they came right away. Rescued me from summer heat. Their Service Plan is very reasonably priced at $198.00 a year.
