‘My AC was broken after another individual incorrectly installed a nest thermostat so I began calling around. I received similar quotes from several individuals. What stood out for me with this company was that I was told that they would do everything up to code. They did a great job. They even spent an extra hour repairing some wood they had to remove in order to access the unit. They’re honest, upfront and the AC is working great. I would definitely recommend them. Edit. After several follow ups I received a visit from the city inspector and my AC is permitted! This company follows through with its promises!
Roshane, informed me of what he was putting in my vents, what products he used and shared few tips. Will definitely recommend and use again in the future.
Shane Xpress Kooling is an excellent company. The owner has been fixing, installing and improving my AC system for 7 years now. During that time he he has repaired my system, installed new ducts, relocated AC ducts, cleaned drain lines, installed surge protectors, cleaned coils. Shane does it all. He is the most honest and humble man in the AC service industry. Always on time, even after hours, and the actual invoice never exceeds the estimate. Shane is so good, he is now used by my daughter and parents. Thank you Shane Express Kooling, you are the best in the Biz.
I am so thankful to XPress Kooling AC Service! Everytime I had a question or needed assistance, Shane was there. He was always timely and professional. He explained things thoroughly and gave me options. I never felt rushed or pressured. He did his homework and would get back to me within the time frame he said. It's not easy finding a great company that keeps their word and is not pushy but I did and I am thankful!

Shane was very professional. He explained what he was going to do, and sent pictures of how the ducts should look after the job was done. He was prompt and did an excellent job on replacing my AC unit.
