I called X-pert Air Solutions for my rental house AC problem. Thomas provided an excellent service for AC unit diagnostic and repair. He fixed the leaking problem with a much lower expenses in comparing with estimates given by others. He is experienced professional and honest person. Call Thomas if you have any AC problems, he is a best!
They're reasonably priced and provided friendly and professional service. They were also very honest with their diagnosis and suggestions for a more robust repair.
Had a new A/C installed by Xpert Air Solutions. They had the best price after meeting with six A/C companies. He showed up on time to discuss all my options for a new A/C. When I decided on the unit he started setting everything up that day. After the permits were granted. They showed up in the morning to install and worked until it was completely installed and running good. He has text me multiple times making sure the units are running good. He has a better warranty then the other companies and even came back to the house to ensure the system was running properly. He removed the old units off the property and cleaned up the area. He is a licensed contractor with around twenty years in the A/C business. The owner of this company is the installer. So, you will not get just some guy off the street with little to no training. He has a guy that helps him that also has twenty plus years experience. So, there is no job those two can't do. They also have extensive experience in commercial building A/C work if that's what you need. He also set up the county inspection so I didn't have to do anything. I definitely recommend Xpert Air Solutions in Brevard County Florida.
He showed me the problem and explained to me how it worksand replaced the part. He also checked out the overall option of the equipment, for a reasonable price.
