Absolute best A/C company in Las Vegas Area. Outstanding customer service! This company reasonable friendly & honest. Had to replace my old A/C unit & Heater. All I can say good things about Xcellence Cooling & Heating. The entire staff are very helpful friendly knowledgeable of every aspect of what I needed. Victor Josue & Esteban have a great sense of humor. Especially the owner he worked with me to get my new A/C heating unit. Their maintenance since has been wonderful. I highly recommend this entire organization to anyone needing a new A/C heating unit , tune-up, repairs and a great, service premium agreement. Big Thanks to Victor! Looking forward to begin a long time customer for life!

Victor and his team came within 30 mins after my call. They are very professional and honest, try to fix my AC first not to try to convince you to buy a new one. Thank you guys. Keep up the good work.

Arrival time was suppose to be between 9-10am did not arrive untill 11:30am, from a leak I thought was the problem they hooked up the gauges and verified it was full. The tech decided to change the capicitor and the AC was up and running. A $30 dollar capacitor and 1.5 hrs of labor which he put down 2 hrs cost me $495.00. After a small dispute the dispatcher stated "you thought the problem was a gas leak we could have charged you more if we were rigged". They then reduced the charge to $395, which I still think is expensive. After speaking with friends about my situation a lot of them said they were only charged $60.00 for simular situations. I advise to keep looking around this company isn't your best choice.
They are great. They resolved my AC issues at no time, the issues two other firms fsiled. They treated my problem like their own and resolved it with minium cost. I suggest them to anyone without histation.
Victor and his team are the most professional A/C guys in the valley. I’ve had some work done on my house sense moving to Las Vegas three years ago. I wish all contractors conducted themselves like Victor’s team. They are honest and up front with the repair you might need. This are the only A/C company I will use. I feel like they’re a trusted family member.
These guys go above and beyond Customer service, make you feel like you've known them forever. They are honest and trustworthy....AND RELIABLE!!!! We've used them on more than one occasion and they were recommended from a friend. In top of that they are Veterans!
Great service and fast acting. Called and they were on top of the mission. This Veteran owned and operated company provides great service at a rapid speed. They diagnosed the issue I had and weren’t trying to sell me what I didn’t need.
