Amazing customer service. Went above and beyond. Had me up and running in no time. They communicated with me on all the steps and we there then they said they would be. Exceptional employees made you feel like one of the family.
Tried to use them to do some work on our house before selling. Had used them in the past for AC work through home warranty and were great but they must have had some major changes- only did half the working- claiming one of our valves was a "hard to find" fitting and they would have to cut out a section off wall to fix it if they couldn't find the part- then proceed to not respond to us for 3 weeks- said they would send us an invoice 5 different times for the work that was actually completed and finally recieved 3 weeks after the fact. Used a different plumber for the rest who had it completed in two days for a quarter of the price- no mention of a "hard to find fitting" and recieved our invoice same day. Just avoid the headache.

Covered under warranty but if something messed up they never answer the phone to do the repairs!! Lmao they literally never answer. Was referred to them by my property manager- huge mistake!!! This COMPANY NEVER ANWERS!!! The times they did come out, they were BS’ing me and kept saying they need to send SOMEONE ELSE out. It’s just a cycle of sending someone else out and never answering the phone to avoid them having to repair their garbage work. AVOID AT ALL COSTS ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE AN INVESTMENT PROPERTY WITH PROPERTY MANAGERS!!! Find someone else
The plumber and all of the office staff are 5 star all the way. I feel very blessed to have found them.
We give this XCALIBUR AIR & PLUMBING 5 stars because of the amazing costumer service. The made me feel l like family & treaded as a valued customer. Their technician Derrick was great, friendly, polite professional and very knowledgeable. We were very satisfied with the work performed by Derrick. He had gone above and beyond my expectations by providing excellent work. Leaving the area spotless. He provide excellent service. He was probably the best plumber I have ever use. If I ever need a plumber again I would request Derrick. We Highly recommend this company if you are looking for an honest business!.
I LOVE these guys! My A/C broke when it was 97 degrees (but felt like 107 with the humidity!). They came out right away. I used my home warranty and it was seemless. These guys, Ronnie and Damon, were so professional, polite and knowledgeable. Even Denise at the offise was fantastic. I put these guys in my phone because they will be the only company I use! I will encourage my neighbors to use them too. Thank you Denise, Ronnie and Damon for making my experience in that difficult situation so pleasant! You do Xcalibur Air & Plumbing proud!
From the first time I spoke with Deniese in customer Service and scheduling, I knew I found the right company. She and Robbie, who serviced my AC, were professional, prompt and appreciated! Many Thanks!
An edit to my review: I had a lengthy discussion over the phone about this situation, and was told that changes would be made to ensure the safety of their customers. They will now be asking customers over the phone (during scheduling) if they prefer the plumbers wear a mask or not. I believe it is extremely important, during these difficult times, to prioritize the health and safety of others over everything else. I've gone ahead and changed my rating. ----- Just had a couple of guys come in to fix our toilet and they were not wearing masks! Didn't even ask if they could enter my home without one, I had to physically stop them and tell them to put one on. No regards to the safety of their customers! This is the first time I've had a negative experience with this business. Please re-inforce the importance of covid safety with your employees!

My home warranty company recommended this company over and they have outdone themselves on numerous occasions. I have had toilets troubleshooted and later replaced by them. Then sinks repaired and more recently our showers repaired. Time and time they have shown the upmost courtesy and professionalism that you do not encounter in service technicians anymore. They techs they have sent out and we’re very knowledgeable. I have seen some reviews concerning the timeliness however, when it comes to the mechanical nature of things you never know what you will encounter. We experienced unforeseen curveballs during our service and the tech carried out ensuring we were taken care of. Kudos to the team at Xcaliber Air and Plumbing. Will use and recommend time and time again.
Denise is an outstanding lady. She has a great attitude and helpful beyond call of duty. Zakk. was a great technician that took the time to explain the process and was a great guy. I highly recommend them. I appreciate your curtesy and professionalism.
The water heater went out Friday. They inspected it Saturday. They replaced it Monday. You cannot have better service than that.
They are great! They came out and replaced our water heater in a day.
Came out when they were supposed to, made an evaluation of what needed to b done and said they will fwd information to HWA and get back to me after weekend ..... NEVER DID , and now i have to start all over again !!!!! HORRIBLE COMPANY , leaving me hanging with no hot water for so long 😡😡😡 DONT USE THEM , VERY UNTRUSTWORTHY!!!!!!!!

I'm am a pretty patient person but my patients was tried with this company that I was referred by my Home warranty. First off it wasn't covered by the warranty which was fine because I needed the leak fixed. At first the girls in the office wee helpful. This repair took way to long to have repaired. I would say once I made the first payment of $475 they office people became less helpful and had attitude the majority of the time. My repair had to be rescheduled because no one ever informed me to turn off the water I needed a water main key. Zack the plumber was nice and explained his repair. He left the hole with plumbing exposed someone was to come next day to fill in the whole but didn't. Then I discovered water was leaking from the metal pipe in the foundation.the company states this would be a whole new repair. Well needless to say I called in another plumber and he informed me that the pipe had bent to match up with the PVC repair causing a crack and the increased water pressure is what forced the pipe to break open more. I would not recommend this company for any repairs.

This company is awesome! We received a call from them within 15 minutes of filing a claim with our home warranty company. Denise is the nicest person and truly cares about the customer and their satisfaction. The technician was timely and fixed our problem within 30 minutes. I would highly recommend them for any AC or plumbing needs !!
