My Thermador oven burners stopped working. Two other technicians came over and were completely clueless about how to fix it. Eugene from WY&G came to our rescue. He did a thorough inspection and knew which parts had to be replaced. He got in touch with the manufacturer directly as those parts are so hard to find. He spent three hours at our house diligently fixing the stove and returning it to perfect condition. Thermador ovens are very difficult to diagnose and fix but Eugene is a genius. Thank you for saving the day!!!

My Home Warranty company dispatched WY&G to fix my AC because when it was turned on it leaked water in the attic and it flowed down through the ceiling. I looked up the company before they came out and read the mixed reviews. From my experience they did a fantastic job. The technicians Eugene and Eric were respectful of my property and really took a the time to do a good job. I especially appreciated Eugene’s expertise and patience to explain the leak situation to me and answer all my questions. I would definitely recommend this company.
I called WY&G today when my AC all of a sudden stopped working. I said it was a bit of an emergency as my house was becoming unbearably toasty in a hot summer afternoon. The person I called said someone would be here in 2 hours. 1.75 hours later Eugene called saying he would be 15 minutes late - which was completely acceptable given it was at that point rush hour in LA. He arrived exactly when he said he would and very professionally diagnosed the problem -- a broken transformer and fuses; fixed it, as well as promptly addressed some other issues (a technician from another company had somehow managed to remove rubber pads under the roof-top unit and forgotten to re-install, and hence there was a lot of vibration from above). Eugene fixed all problems quickly. He was skilled, professional and courteous. I would call them again if I had any more problems.
They were sent by the home warranty company and the service was prompt and professional. The technician went above and beyond to make sure our A/C will work and continue to work.

I am extremely happy with the service I received from WY&G. They were punctual, professional, and diagnosed the problem quickly. They had all the necessary parts on their truck and expertly repaired my heater. They stayed around to make sure that everything was working flawlessly. I will definitely be calling them again for any HVAC repairs I need.
Alex has been the ONLY technician to come to my house and actually identify and fix the problem. He’s prompt, efficient and knows his stuff. I highly recommend!!!
I called my home warranty for my AC and they sent over someone that was very horible. I called again the next day because my AC didn't get fixed they sent over Alex. He changed out parts and made sure the problem was fixed he did an awesome job.
My experience was awesome with this company. I called my home warranty and they sent out WY&G Corp HVAC to fix the problem. Alex and Eddie are very knowledgeable on their job. They explained every step of the way. They told me what the problem was and how to fix it using my warranty. They determined that my thermostat started the problem and in the end, I was able to get a new thermostat. I would highly encourage to use this company.
